Amos Mosquito is one of our favorite restaurants in this area. Their menu, reasonable prices, and atmosphere are exceptional! We have always enjoyed our meals at this establishment!

Albeit our wait was 13 minutes, I can see why people are willing to wait a little longer. We arrived at 518pm on a Sunday and the lot was full. As in three spots left. There is a little waiting hut outside that shades you...More

Be sure to get there early. They will have a line out the door as soon as the open. The service and food were both amazing. We will be back!

We didn't make a reservation, thinking Thursday wouldn't be busy but we waited at least an hour, but it was worth the wait. We were able to be at the bar and had pleasant conversation and drinks while waiting. Our waitress was efficient and friendly,...More

Well worth the wait. We enjoyed playing cornhole while we waited. Dinner was amazing and the fudge brownie ice cream sandwich was over the top delicious!!

The food is amazing! Well worth the wait time. Atmosphere is great and I didn't feel like the tables were packed one on top of the other. Great kids menu and the choices were perfect for my picky eater. A little pricey but worth it....More

The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. The only drawback was the wait (good things come to those who wait) we watched a beautiful sunset and played corn hole while waiting. We will be back.

I have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for over 30 years, and tonight was the best meal I have EVER had anywhere in the Crystal Coast! The apps, entrees, dessert were all outstanding and the service was exceptional. We were fortunate in that we, only...More

We've been eating at Amos Mosquito's for about as long as I can remember. Every time we visit Atlantic Beach, we have to go at least once. Get there early to avoid the line, this place is packed every night and for good reason. You'll...More

The food was good but the wait was excessive. After waiting 2 hours our waitress was not very friendly and my husband's tuna was overcooked. However, I enjoyed my meal.

That is correct. On Wednesday nights in the fall and winter all of our entrees are discounted about 40% from their regular prices. We would love to see you on a Wednesday night.

It really does not matter what day you go. I would suggest arriving 30 minutes early and wait in line to get in during 1st seating.

Description
Welcome to Amos Mosquito’s Restaurant & Bar – or more affectionately known by locals as “Skeeter’s”. Established in 1999, Amos Mosquito’s offers a family friendly environment with a menu of fresh seafood and a wide variety of creative entrees. While in our first location on the Morehead City Waterfront, and here in our present location on Atlantic Beach overlooking beautiful Bogue Sound, we’ve had one primary goal in mind – to create the most unique, fun, and high quality dining experience that can be found in Eastern North Carolina. We have a seasoned staff of chefs, servers, and hosts who are passionate about making customers happy. Although we specialize in local seafood and offer at least two varieties of fresh fish every night, our menu also features chicken, pork and Sterling Silver beef.We make all our salad dressings, sauces and desserts in house and have a great children’s menu loaded with fun games and mosquito facts.Thursday nights are sushi nights at Amos Mosquito’s. We offer a full menu of fresh, made to order sushi in addition to our regular menu.Amos has a full bar and a wonderful, reasonably priced wine list.Reservations are not accepted, but you may call us to place an order for take out.
