It is my mom's fave place to have lunch. The food was good, price is affortable. The Alimall branch should train their staff to be more attentive and be more professional at work.

Before heading to Laoag the next morning we had our breakfast at Hap Chan Tea House - Vigan. My original plan was only to grab a cup of coffee to relieve my upset tummy from the night before. But, Hap Chan Tea House might have knew how their effect is on every customers and always ready a generous servings for anyone’s raging appetite. I was... More

Having served the Filipinos for 19 years, Hap Chan expanded their operation to Malls. Hap Chan branches taste may vary from branches to branches having its original in Binondo in Manila. Our favorites are the Hor Fun Noodles, Yang Chow Rice and Salt and Pepper Pork. Servings are huge, enough for a family of 5 adults. Prices are fair. They... More

They serve delicious affordable authentic Chinese dishes. Loved the crispy noodles, polonchay seafood soup, and beef with broccoli. Vegetables are served fresh and crispy. Rates are very reasonable without hurting your budget. Staff are also respectful.

Surprised but Hap Chan just pushed Chow King out of second place for the 2nd worst phil/chinese food ever. Lemon chick was dried out, little sauce and almost no chicken. NO COKE, The Veg chop sewage. use over cooked and was 90% Cabbage. The dumplings were frozen not fresh. Now for the staff .. they should be sacked useless and... More

We took out some food: stir fried squid, fish and broccoli in garlic. All were quite flavorful. This is not the best Chinese restaurant but their food is surprisingly good for a food chain. Prices are very reasonable. This is a far cry from a Chowking.

The food is your average Chinese fare--not bad but not the best either. I particularly liked their spring rolls, beef with broccoli, and fried rice with salted fish. Service was also okay, but not the best either. Overall an okay place, especially if you are just craving chinese food fast.

This has arguably one of the authentic tasting Hong Kong style cuisine. The sweet and sour pork, seafood tofu and Yang Chow fried rice taste almost authentic. Theu have free wi fi. Parking is a bit scarce.
