One of the better hotel buffets in the city. A good selection of local foods and the Indian section is particularly good. My favourite station though is the teppan grill - especially when scallops are on the menu.

The breakfasts were outstandingly good with an immense choice and everything was brilliantly well arranged in a circle. Lovely ambience too and very helpful staff.

It was my first time dining in this restaurant. The ambiance was very peaceful although they are full house. They served fresh seafood and sushi. Apart from that there were also a wide selections of Chinese, Japanese, Western and Asian cuisines plus varieties of mouth watering desserts. The cheese cake was so cheesy. Detox juices were also available for free.... More

Brought the whole family here to celebrate my wife 40th birthday. A generous buffet spread. The roast chicken and roast beef was so good. Oysters and prawns is so fresh. Would like to thank the manager on duty, Mr. Robin and Ms. Ayu for their help in arranging a small birthday cake for the wifey. We appriciate it so much.... More

Not the standard of a five star hotel. You can eat better in the nearby malls for a much lower price. Breakfast is a little better than dinner/lunch, but not much. The sushi is one of the poorest I've experienced, the rice is like porridge. Children mat find the food ok. Staff is sometimes really good and sometimes not doung... More

The buffet spread was scrumptious! They have a good variety of food ranging from Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian and also local ones. They serve yoghurt ice creams which my kid loves it. The service was excellent! All staff are polite and well-trained.

I come here regularly and find Latest Recipe consistently good. Great variety and very tasty food. The sashimi is fresh, the hot food selection great, fresh pasta cooked on the spot to perfection, wonderful desserts array. Service is good too and the staff are polite and helpful.

Folks, I have been to many, literally countless buffets, both within hotels or independently operated, and this has to be one of the best spread I have seen within this price range. There were just so many varieties to choose from, teppanyaki, sushi/sashimi/temaki, Indian, Chinese, Malay, Western and not forgetting the fresh oysters, boiled prawns, cold cuts, salads, cereals, air... Completely full during lunch - what a great line up and variety of food. First there were the salads - and I don't like salads - but this was great. Then they had the japanese with sushi / sashimi / teppanyaki / tempura of which the teppanyaki and tempura were all live stations. They had a range of western food,... More

Excellent spread combining culinary fare and delectable delights from three continents. The range of choices is wide enough to satisfy some expectations of most patrons. The staff manning the tables are friendly and helpful. However, staff at the entrance could do with a little more patience, especially at peak hours.

Description
At Latest Recipe, diners can indulge in popular dishes that are prepared 'a la minute' (which means 'in a minute' literally) with personalised and individual servings of Malay, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Western delights. Just watching the chefs in action as they dish out freshly cooked and piping hot food is enough to sharpen appetites for more good things to come.

Unlike the usual buffet restaurants, there are no bulky chafing dishes in sight. Instead, the food is presented in cast iron pans, woks, chinaware or served in individual portions. Fans of Indian cuisine will revel in the Tandoori chicken, lamb, prawn with naan and other North Indian specialties. Sushi, Sashimi, Teppanyaki and many more exotic Japanese dishes are served daily. Dim Sum baskets are piled high next to piping hot noodles and fragrant stir-fries at the Chinese section whilst authentic BBQ seafood lines the Malay open kitchen. Desserts are a feast to the senses with decadent sweets including the Chocolate Fountain and the ever popular Teppanyaki Ice-Cream.
