Excellent food, excellent staff and a great wee restaurant if you want some Italian cuisine in Kyoto! Offered mini wine tasting before ordering wine which was a great touch. Excellent pizzas and freshly cooked. Fab staff and great service - highly recommend! 乾杯

I think the answer is yes: they have pizzas that do not use meat and I am sure you can ask them not to use cheese.
