Sapporo Ramen Republic has several ramen restaurants selling lots of varieties of Hokkaido ramen. There were short queues at most of the restaurants (Saturday 7pm), it I didn't have to wait long to get a seat at 'Ramen Sora' (about 10 minutes. I had Karamiso ramen (spicy miso ramen), which was delicious and served promptly by polite staff. There were... More

8 stores with 8 specialty ramen to choose from. We chose the 2nd stall we saw and tried their MISONO specialty ramen .The taste was distinct and the broth was heavy. If we had more time, we would have liked to try the 7 other specialty ramen from the remaining 7 ramen shops, especially # 8 Baikouken bec it was... More

It is located in the food court. Soup is salty and heavy, noodles is hard. Staffs are nice. Location is good and convenient.

We went to the busiest Ramen restaurant. Draft Sapporo beer was cold and tasty. Many of the ramen dishes could be bought in 1/2 size orders which IMO is enough. I found the miso ramen to be nothing special and only slightly better than a cup of soup from a quick stop like 7-11 or Larson's. Y1800 for 2 soups... More

This is a very good concept similar to what they have in Kyoto housing a good selection of Ramen places. I tried the stall that grills the pork belly and pork slices with a slab of butter on the side and corn, distinctly Hokkaido Style! A big bowl could actually feed 3 people.

I was used to ramen malls in the south but had not experienced Classic Sapporo ramen with a miso base, butter, corn, and other flavorings. It was delicious, especially on a cold day!

There are many shops selling ramen here. Outside every shops there are photos of the kinds of ramen they sell. When we were there for dinner every shop had a long line of queue of people. Great place for a first timer trying ramen.

It was 4pm and we had just arrived at our hotel. We were all so hungry and craving for ramen. We had to walk for a bit trying to locate the restaurant. We did not realize it was inside the mall Sapporo Esta. At the 10th floor, all sorts of ramen was a feast for the eyes and nose. All... More

Our ramen was a little hard with salty soup base. We were hungry so it wasn't that bad. Also the chasu was acceptable. I got the spicy miso

Gosh, mu friends and I came here after seeing how good rated it was in TripAdvisor. It was number 6 out of more than 8.000. Well, the food was not good at all! The three of us left more than half the portion as we coudn't eat everything! In the menu the dish looked wonderful, but when it came it... More
