Only Mexican Restaurant in town worth visiting. All others are cookie cutters. We have been going here for years. Great. Best chips & salsa. Don't miss out on ordering the flautas. The mole is the best.

Fantastic atmosphere and food - this little hole in the wall restaurant in Aberdeen is a must. The menu boasts the mexican classics but more and authentic choices are there as well. The homemade chips and salsa are the best I've had as well!

We have eaten at La Poblanita many times. It is terrific! It isn't much to look at from the exterior, but go on in! you'll love it! I have tried so many different menu items and every one is fresh, made to order and makes my mouth water just thinking about them! the restaurant is locally owned and staffed by... More

This is a great stop for some Authentic Mexican dining. My family says they have the best chips and salsa of anyone in town, I must agree and it doesn't stop there. This is a quaint downtown restaurant, don't judge a book by its cover - Go in and dine, you will be glad that you did.

Wonderful service, delicious food, fair price. Don't be turned off by the outside, which is a small brick building with a few neon lights in the windows. This place rocks.

Went with a group of 11 for a family celebration. Our reserved table was ready and the attentive service was speedy, from chips and salsa, to pitchers of margaritas, (but the alcohol content was lacking in the margaritas). The wide variation of meals were also promptly delivered and the dishes were tasty. Mole sauce needs some improvement- it was a... More

For Cinco de Mayo, I asked a friend for his suggestion about the best Mexican food in the area. He told me La Poblanita in downtown Aberdeen. My wife and I drove down and had we not been prepared for the outside appearance, might have missed an incredible Mexican meal. The place was packed with locals enjoying the food as... More

Love this hidden gem. Family owned authentic Mexican food. Enchiladas verde is amazing my husband's favorite. I love the Sherman burrito and their mole sauce. The chips and salsa are the BEST in town.

My family and I live in Aberdeen, and finally decided to give this place a try. From the outside the place looks run down. But the inside is warm and inviting, though a little slap-dash. The restaurant is in an old building, and they've done a good job with it. We felt the service was fine - not super fast,... More

Place was a little run down. Our service was not as good as everyone else wrote. We had to ask for a lot and long time between being asked if we needed anything. It was not a busy night. They were out of almost all liqueur...on a Saturday night?? The regular house margarita was weak at best. We will not... More
