We visited on a day off at 12 noon - the assortment was good - many types of royal pretzels. The location is very good. I took the almond royal pretzel - it was simply mind-blowing! Very tasty cream on top, lots of whole nuts and tasty dough - I really liked it! The rest of the family took the classic one and they envied me)) there are raisins inside, without the cream it’s not the same, although for me it’s also delicious, but mine tastes better) I didn’t like the Vyborg standard pretzel - there’s nothing to compare it with, but it’s nothing compared to the royal one)) dry, bland, I didn’t like the dough at all (but maybe it really should be like that, I don’t know..), in general I didn’t like it. The downsides are “tired” dishwashers, a wet, scary toilet and completely uninterested, unfriendly salespeople. But these are minor things, the pretzels are definitely worth it!

The Café seem to be very popular, it was crowded and service was slow even though there were several people behind the desk. BUT the cake was delicious and cappucino very good. I would go again. Pretty pricey, but maybe it is because of the location?

This cafe caught my eye due to nice entrance decoration. It looks really lovely outside and is located on the way from old town to the castle. Inside it's tiny and cozy, with coffee aroma and various types of pies. If you're lucky to have a sit, don't think too long - have a chill moment with coffee and krendel, local delicacy.

Extremely rude service and frankly abominable coffee that is served hot as hell (to mask the awful taste I guess ). All in all not a place to find yourself in. Krendels are average and taste like a cookie with honey.
The only good thing is the location and nice-looking tables outside but that can’t excuse rude Soviet-stile women behind the counter.

We chose the place based on reviews! I really wanted to try the delicious pretzels. Royal pretzel with lingonberries, a little dry, just dough with berries, doused with a really delicious delicate glaze. The seller, a blonde girl with a ponytail, was very unpleasant and unfriendly, ruining all expectations from the establishment.

Frankly, I expected more from this place. It wasn't bad though, pies with egg and onion, and with cottage cheese were soft and tasty, but the renown Vyborg pretzel turned out to be a butter cookie with cinnamon, too dry to eat it without milk. Prices in this place are higher than on the average for the town.

We bought this special Krendel cookie. And it is GOOD!!! The place is vey small though so it was a bit too crowded for me. But service and atmosphere were very good.
