For around 25€ by person, we had a great typical Russian meal with a soup, a main dish and a dessert. This price even included "home made" Vodka.

We had a great dinner tonight. The kitchen was very interesting, a mix between tradition and innovation. Service is really well done and also the price quality ratio.

They have English menu and the staff were lovely. The decoration is very classic, you can feel the Russian atmosphere The food was really great! A bit more expensive than usual, but was a nice experience. I had a beef stroganoff and some dumplings. Very tasty. I recommend.

Here is where we chose to have our nice Russian meal. We tried the caviar, vodka, beef stroganoff and pulmeni. All very nice in a quiet, elegant atmosphere. Service was very good and prices reasonable for this type of restaurant.

It was a great experience, the restaurant is quiet and they have a traditional atmosphere, waiters are attentive and you call them by ringing a little bell, the food is delicious! We had borsch and mushroom soups ( strongly recommend both!), two types of fish and wild rabbit .. everything was very delicious! They also had menus in English and... More

We passed this restaurant many times without paying to much attention. Thanks to the great comments on Trip Advisor we selected this restaurant. It was an experience we will never forget. Excellent hospitality and traditional Russian food together with the cosyness of multiple little rooms. On top of that we got live piano playing. What an experience !

This place is seriously good. Great authentic feel (at least to my British eyes). A series of small rooms with excellent very friendly waitresses and hand bells to summon them by (they were so attentive we didn't use ours). Starters - Sturgeon caviar sensibly priced (less than £2,000 a kilo) served with fresh blinis, the home smoked duck with cabbage... More

When we asked for a recommendation for a straightforward Russian restaurant, our hotel concierge wasted no time in saying "Gogol". We were pleased she pointed us in that direction too, for we enjoyed a good selection of reasonably authentic food in comfortable surroundings. I suspect that all diners were tourists - Gogol didn't seem to be the kind of place... More

We had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner at Gogol. We experienced a great welcome and excellent service from Roman. It was a relaxing and comfortable evening in a restaurant with so much character. The food matched up to expectations - the beef stroganoff was excellent. All in all a very memorable evening spent with very special friends!
