The Service is Second to None. Victoria and Munar should teach the rest of the world what Amazing Service actually is. The Fresh omelet and buffet line has a wide variety for a very nice breakfast. The atmosphere is Royal in nature. Thank You to the entire Menu Team. Brad

Excellent breakfast, and with unlimited champagne! Every morning for 5 days my wife and I went, great service, and reasonable price for a buffet of that quality.

Good food and excellent service. I wanted to taste the gastronomic menu but the server told me it would take too long. I wish I could have decided by my own.

That was just a breakfast included in room service, but it was worth to taste! Very diverse and tasty food and drinks.

I had dinner here on a Monday evening. It was relatively quite. Just a few tables occupied. The menu is not very extensive but has sufficient choice. I decided to go for a salad with crab and pasta with crab as main course. But before the starter is served you will get some 'amuses', small starters on the house. Really... More

What a great place to dine. Was quite quiet while there but live piano and superb service made is memorable in every way. It's not the lost affordable place around however worth for a fine night out.

Lotte Hotel Moscow also famously houses Les Menus by Pierre Gagnaire, the second Pierre Gagnaire restaurant to be opened in a Lotte Hotel (the first was in Seoul). The restaurant was a joy to look at with its gold and silk French-styled furniture and Russian ornaments. The result was not only a nod to a French and Russian union, but... More

Great diner in private room, excellent service, good wine and astonishing Kamchatka's crab! The roasted pig was more classic but still great.

We had already tried the cuisine of Pierre Gagnaire a few years ago in Le Balzac in Paris, and it was a great experience. Now living in Moscow, it was quite an excitment to discover this great chef again in a different location. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Lotte Hotel, one of the best 5... Staying in Arbat

Neighbourhood Profile
Crowds of tourists, both local and international take in Old Arbat and its modern and gigantic peer – New Arbat. One reason visitors keep coming is no doubt Konstantin Melnikov’s famous private house, now open to the public and worthy of a visit. After exploring one of the oldest parts of Moscow, avoid the crowds and turn to the side streets and boulevards where calmness and affordable food is plentiful.
