Just popped in for a few beers with friends. The staff, were as usual, polite and helpful. A good place to chill, play tennis if you are so inclined, go for a swim or just watch tv. This is also a good place for your party, as the menu is quite good. An enjoyable experience.

The Sandtrap, also known as the Banilad Club (or vice versa) is a great place to just relax and take it easy. You can have an ice cold beer, your favorite cocktail, or just swim in the pool or play tennis. AND the Chef prepares really great food. Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. A fantastic place to chill... More

This place might be famous for cheap beers and live rugby games, but don't come here for good food. First of all don't order the fresh squeezed juices, as advertised in the menu. The waiter will tell you, it is fresh squeezed, but actually it come from the can. So, basically, you pay 150 peso for a can of juice,... More

It was only during the Pacman-Mayweather fight that I was able to dine here. The place is a bit small for such a huge crowd. Table reservations was a bit bias-- foreigner vs some locals :(

LOCATION: Extension of A.S. Fortuna, going to Maria Luisa Subdivision. Also very close to country. Mall. Once you enter the road, look for a bakery, and turn right. STAFF/SERVICE: They said they are open by 8am, but the swimming pool is still being cleaned so we waited for an hour. We ordered Fries, and it is fast. Staff is also... More

The food is low grade and the menu full of lies. They use the term tenderloin when in fact they serve cheap cuts, a dog would have problems chewing the meat they serve.

The people are rude and discourteous. Not worth your time and money! They dont know the meaning of customer service and thinks that they are the only bar/restaurant in Cebu. Ambiance stinks. Its like a cheap place with a lot of foreigners.

Located down a sand/coral lane, when you finally reach the Sandtrap it is a pleasant surprise. Good Filipino and Italian food, open air setting, 3 tennis courts and a pool. This is a good place for kids and fun, relaxing night out.

Ordered a meal for my partner and myself. My dish was served within 10 mins and tasted good. Hers was served almost 30 minutes later and was still partly frozen. On complaining they refunded the cost of my partners meal but that really isn't the point; dining is a social occasion so we obviously need the dishes serving together, and... More

We ordered some salads and pastas and we were very disappointed because of long waiting time and the pasta was not what we expected - overcooked and the sauce did not corresponded to our expectation.
