This was a true Korean Restaurant that reminded me of the ones I visited in Daegu. The food and atmosphere was excellent, very easy to find, and location was 10 min walk from my hotel. If you love Korean food this is a can't miss place. All the side dishes and meat was great.

Very good place for korean food. There is on-table grill option which is awesome. The on-table grilled port and beef is very good. We went on a weekday and was not too crowded so dont worry about reservation while visiting on a weekday. If you are confused (like I was - as I am not from Korea), staff is very... More

My family and I ate an early dinner at this unpretentious Korean restaurant along Escriva St Pasig City . The place was full . We had dined on tender Korean beef Kalbi kui , kimchi and tofu noodle soup, bibimbap , ojingga bukom a dish of stir fried chili squid . Sang chusam was fantastic . We ordered many viands... More

I go to this restaurant along Escriva Drive for authentic Korean food. Old name of this restaurant is Minato but wad changed to Jangganae because it sounded like a Japanese restaurant instead of Korean. Their food from appetizer, seafood soup, main course and dessert is really much upgraded and authentic compared to all the other Korean restaurant. I learned off... More

Enjoyed the food. They actually cooked all the meats for you in the kitchen. It's gd for me as I was weary of the smoke on my clothes. Lol

Most other korean bbq i have tried uses those portable stoves and the stove top grill, which makes the food cook in a frying pan. this restaurant uses charcoal, which gives the food an entirely different and more barbeque flavor. We had japchae, tukboki, joo mul ruk, sam gyup sal, ramyun, and rice juice. Loved all of them, although one... More

Jang Ga Nae was referred to me by a friend and has became one of my favorites since. They serve authentic Korean dishes and hotpot, and is also owned and managed by Koreans. I am not a fan of spicy foods but Jangganae is more than that, it is delicious. Usual order include: Sam Gyup Sal (grilled pork belly), Dol... More

This is our go to place whenever we have visitors coming over and have no idea where to take them. It used to be known as Minato Korean Restaurant, they had their name changed to the one above. The food though remained the same, filling and satisfying as ever. When ever you order one of their barbecue dish, it comes... More
