It took a pandemic for me to be able to try Kko kko Chicken via Grab food delivery. We ordered the snow cheese and the OMG (Oh My Garlic) variants (bone in). First off, the chicken only come in 8-pc options (would have been nice...to have smaller sizes so we can try different flavors at once). Maybe they would consider offering this in the future, or even mixed flavor options. The OMG flavored chicken pieces were not as garlicky as the name implied, but was a fairly balanced dish, sweet, salty, umami flavors vying for attention in your mouth. The snow cheese was a tad sweet. Not so much it would be off-putting, but I was hoping for a stronger cheese flavor. The accompanying tteokbokki - some pieces were just so hard (undercooked) that they were inedible. The snow balls were ok, but again a bit on the tough side. All in all am glad to have tried it but it may take a while before i order again. Probably if there is a promo or a good deal, but not necessarily because I would crave for it.More

So it was a lunch break and it was boiling hot outside, my officemate doesn’t want to walk that much, neither did I. To be frank, I never like Korean food considering the past bad experiences I had with certain restaurants whether expensive or not,...they all lack one factor and that is flavor. Normally I just get food that super spicy that does not have any sort of unique flavor to it. My officemate suggested this place, it’s near and it already has available seats, so I said why not. Inside it’s just simple, few lightings, plain wall, and a huge mirror to create an illusion that the place is big. Their menu is on an iPad which is quite nice for people who have trouble reading in poor lighting conditions, and a plus factor which allows if the user to zoom in and out on the menu, also the staff could immediately put notes on the dishes that were not available. I ordered something simple since I am doubtful of the food. After a while, the meal was served in some sort of metallic lunch box, when I opened it it was simply arranged. Upon tasting the food to my surprise finally! This might have changed my expectation on Korean food, finally, you can taste something not just the sensation of spice. The beef was well prepared that it is soft, unlike the other Korean restaurants I already visited, the food has the right balance of spice and flavour. Probably in an event that someone asks me to eat something Korean, this is what I would recommend, plus it’s affordable than those expensive Korean restaurants I visited before.More

Went here for a dinner date. Their chicken flavors are so good! The cheese tastes so different. The staff are very nice and accomodating as well. Just the space inside is limited, but overall I like this place.

A pretty interesting way to enjoy "something" Korean. The food spread is good for sharing - cheesy but quite tasty. Enjoyed feasting on fried breaded chicken (KKO KKO - chicken sounds ) with friends over a lunch, and some savory curry-flavored noodle soup. Their home-made...Kimchi just didn't delivery the right kick for me. We didn't order any vegetable dish which would have given me a some taste of healthy and fresh. But that's okay, I would still go to KKO KKO - but only with a group - another time, This particular branch is located in Kapitolyo Pasig..More

Suprisingly delicious! i Thought the cheese would be too much to put in some of their savory dishes, but the taste has balance. we ordered that famous platter with cheese fondue in the middle - and the taste was spot on! the ortigas branch has...a nice ambiance, but little space. perhaps can only accommodate 20-25 if im not mistaken. service of their staff is note worthy too. will certainly come back!More
