Was introduced to ensaymada and grilled cheese rolls from Mary Grace and really loved it even though I was full from dinner. The pastry has a sweet sugar coating and is filled with savoury cheese which is slightly salty but not too strong. Loved the burst of flavours in the mouth and would highly recommend all visitors to Manila to... More

An adorable and homey cafe. We visited this place for an afternoon tea. We had the classic ensaymada (a simple soft puffy bun with sugar, butter and cheese) and their famous hot chocolate. The ensaymada was mouth watering! The hot chocolate was rich and literally tasted like melted chocolate in a mug. They had quite an extensive menu, but we... More

Finally have the time to have a quiet relaxing afternoon coffee/tea break. Was walking around the vicinity shopping when we chanced upon this joint. As ground floor was crowded ... we were promptly ushered 2nd floor which had ample sitting. Ordered a few of their cakes & delicacies ... some had their iced tea while I ordered a coffee black.... The mango bene cake was beyond perfect. Too sweet though but the taste was wonderful! Caeser salad was amazing as well with the bread crumbed chicken, all fresh and hot! Mango milkshake not recommended though, too diluted to my liking. Apparently ensaymada is really good here I had to take away one for breakfast tomorrow, hopefully it doesn't disappoint! Had... We were standing by the door yet the male crew did not open right away as he was looking somewhere. It was the guard who motioned to the crew to open the door for us. We did not received smiles or greetings from the crew and guard. We were seated and given the menu quite quickly. No recommendations were made.... More

We had dinner at this place and we had a poor experience overall. Primary reason was the poor air-conditioning. Although we were not perspiring profusely, it was hot enough for our foreheads to be moist. Food was okay I guess but it was difficult to enjoy it because of the discomfort. Also, they could use more attendants. Place was not... More

We came here for brunch at 10.30 one weekday morning and it was pretty busy which added to the very annoying background music made conversation difficult. However, the mushroom and cheese omelettes were delicious as were the Classic Ensays Which we tried for the first time. Together with four Americanos the bill amounted to 969.46p.

My favorite Starbucks alternative! Mary Grace is homey and provides a relaxing atmosphere especially when you want to dine alone. The food is simple but perfect. My staples are the Chorizo pasta, Ensaymada with caramel and almonds and Mexicana Hot Chocolate. I visit Mary Grace several times a month as they have many branches around the Metro.

Visited twice, once for lunch then for breakfast. They do a great mango shake!! Apart from that food average... - service poor. Sat outside for breakfast, service was slow and disinterested.
