My wife and I loved the lunch we had at the Fish House. She had a green salad topped with grilled corvina, and I had a grilled fish sandwich with onion rings and a green salad (I had a choice of two sides from several options). The fish in both of our dishes was cooked to perfection. All this plus fresh strawberry juice cost $16.20.

Had incredible fish and chips at the Fish House! Three large pieces of moist, sweet Corvina bathed in a tantalizing batter. Wonderful!!! The tarter was perfect. Also came with a tempting little nibble of coleslaw.

I really loved The Fish House! If I had discovered it earlier, I would have eaten here multiple times. The menu of seafood options is quite extensive and it’s very reasonably priced. I had a lobster wrap with 2 sides and a coke and I paid around $11. And it was SO good! The staff is very nice and I highly recommend stopping here for a meal.

Very cute restaurant but food was not great and it took about a hour to get our meal. We had the Mahi Mahi and it tasted like they put a jar of HR sauce on it. We also had the fish and chips and it was overly battered. Ok place if you want to go for lunch but not a great spot for dinner

If you like casual dining, The Fish House is a simple, relaxed place for lunch or dinner, fairly priced with consistently good fish/seafood. We don't go too often because we usually cook ourselves, but once in awhile my husband and I want to pay the place a visit. They also have a fairly priced, full bar.It's a very casual atmosphere so no need to dress up! It caters to a large ex-pat community in Boquete so you will find your friends in there as well.

The meals are always cooked well. My favorite is the cajun-spiced salmon with a delicious salad and rice. They have a small staff and can get busy during peak hours so be prepared to wait if you come during the dinner hours but the meals have always been worth the wait. It's not uncommon for me to see gringos there enjoying time with friends.

We've been going to the Fish House for years, and it's always been great food. It can be hard to find a restaurant in Panama that has consistency in their quality. We've enjoyed the breaded chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, fish and chips, hamburgers, etc etc.
The prior review claiming they are "fish lovers" and saying that they don't know how to cook fish is utter nonsense. You can get onion rings in place of fries, and they're literally always perfectly done. Best restaurant for casual eating in Boquete!

After waiting 5 minutes, we still had not been acknowledged. After chasing someone down, the waitress sat us at a table that still had the previous diner’s glasses and dishes. When I pointed this out, she shrugged her shoulders and said “so?” . We waited another 5 minutes without any service or anyone clearing the dirty dishes on the table. We left.

We had a very good meal her. Large portions. Great coleslaw. Had the coconut prawns, fish and chips with Mahi Mahi and corvina. Only negative thing I would say is the shrimp and Mahi Mahi were maybe a bit overdone and dry. We would go back though. Overall a very good meal

Always good. Really ALWAYS good. And that is so hard to do. Fish is prepared really well and the cold slaw is perfect. It is simple and the staff always smile and are so pleasant. Prices are so good that we eat there often.

I had fish&chips. Dry fish, squashy French fries. The coleslaw tasted like majonaise.
My girlfriend ordered fish Szechuan style with rise. The fish was baked and the few vegetables and the rice swam in a sweet sour sauce. The famous onion rings (they call them famous) had no taste of onions just of baked.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I had sautéed mahi mahi (fillets) and my husband had the Cajun snapper (fillets). It came with a nice fresh salad and rice. It was wonderful. The fish was done but not dry. Ambience wasn’t “tourist”. Plain furniture, no table cloths, turquoise walls...local, but very clean. We are going back there before we leave town!!

We go here once a month to get our seafood fix. Love the lobster sandwich with fries or onion rings & the cole slaw is excellent. Large portion so we can split the meal or if we order for both of us, we end up taking home leftovers. Nice atmosphere, great prices & the server is very friendly.

Really good food at a very reasonable price. The surf and turf was my first choice and was very pleased with this sandwich. Later in the week, I visited and had the fresh fish, red snapper. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce selected was just right. Plan to try it all when I can.

This used to be a great place for lunch or dinner. Not anymore. Every time we go here, it's closed. Last Friday night 6:30PM closed. Yesterday Tuesday 12:30PM closed. Time to just give up. Cannot waste time with these unreliable hours. Obviously management doesn't care.
