Ate here today based on the fact that between 13:00 and 15:00 it would be mama's recipes being cooked and served,we were happy to break bread with 4 generations(proprietors family)as we sat down to delicious veal raging and eel raging not to be faulted, the service, food and welcome is to be commended...

Wow! What a find. A proper family restaurant. And like any family there are arguments, awkwardness and utter warmth. A lot of people may not "get " this place. Mum's, mothers, kids run it and it's all the better for it. I had beef mrounzia, a new dish for me, of slow cooked beef, caramelised red onions, cinnamon and nuts.... More

I highly recommend this cosy restaurant / bar. The vegetarian fare is tasty and locally priced and the proprietor, Zanob, offers a warm and friendly welcome to foreign visitors. With the addition of music entertainment by Moroccan performers, it's a perfect place to end the day. 5 stars.

When I asked the owner what was good on the menu she answered "everything!". I agree. The food is delicious, recipes of the owner's mother. We enjoyed the night with atmospheric live traditional music and the pleasant service of the owner. Highly recommended!

We were tempted into this restaurant because they serve alcohol and, frankly, it can be hard to find in Morocco. Once in there we were greeted effusively by a young woman who gave us a menu, although it transpired that not everything on the menu was available. We ordered two very different chicken dishes and beers and settled down to... More

Very nice and cozy place with delicious maroccan food. I ate mrouzia with lamb, it was just great! It was served with couscous. We all enjoyed our dinner.

Myself and my partner are both vegetarian and we were very happy to come across this place. The food was great, the staff were very welcoming, friendly & genuine. The restaurant itself is very cosy and the decor is very interesting- a very relaxed candle-lit vibe, we could have stayed there all night! The live music was lovely- not too... More
