I like the siew bao here. The egg tarts are said to be popular but I had better ones in Kuala Lumpur. Perhaps will try their other pastry selections another time.

I remember my first taste of their pastries in 2015. It was a graduation class trip with my students and we were amazed by the delicate delicious egg tarts. I recently revisited the same place last month, and it's sad that in just 4 years,...the standard has gone down a little. It's still good, but it used to be better.More

We tried the egg tart and egg custard 鹹蛋酥,not much special. Because Hong Kong egg tart is better than here.

A special shop for gourmet traditional handmade pastries and biscuits. Plenty of special filling pastries, durian, pineaple, pandan lotus, salted egg, chicken floss, crispy kaya puff etc. Not cheap eats, but the taste and quality reflected on their prices. This shop is just opposite side...of Tune Hotel, easy to find when we stayed at this hotel.More

Not bad, just average traditional pastries. Small little shop to sit in and have tea. Not a must-go if you have tried these sorts of pastries before.

Did not try the egg tarts but just a word of caution to vegetarians that even though it is stated pork free, it is not vegetarian and pork oil likely being used.

I really liked their chicken floss pastry, and their egg tarts were rather tasty. Not like the Portuguese egg tarts, but pretty good for the standard egg tart. The shop also looks like those historic places, loved the decorations.

Bought egg tarts which was really good, just right, not too sweet or eggy. The salted egg pastry was so-so, it was not as flavorful as I was expecting, same for the coconut pastry. The pineapple is very sweet. The egg tart pastry was nice...and flaky, the best item among the ones I bought.More

Yeah, it is biscuits galore. Not the ordinary and conservative types (they have those too) but creative flavours. We bought so much of it and consumed them just as fast. Must go. Must buy. Must eat. But beware as their shelf life is 3 weeks....A little more preservatives than normal maybe?More

I was expecting Macau level of egg tarts but they are just ok. I would spend my money on other desserts.
