Special shoutout to Tharsinni ❤️❤️ she gave us great service and goes the extra mile - observant to my family's needs with great depth of food knowledge despite some foods going out of stock and she immediately recommended alternatives. Will visit again! Would recommend patrons to pre-order food to avoid long waiting time for food preparation. Restaurant is open to food feedback and critique and we were compensated with dessert for our meal that did not met expectations.

Happy food hunting . Very nice and beautiful place to chill out . And thanks to Chef khai and Norman , for Flamming Wings is very delicious. Thanks to Daniel and thilla for the great service and other staff too. Thank you Surely will be back.

Great food with excellent service!
This is my third visit to this place and have tried a few dishes from their menu, each of it tasted good. To top it off, they have a very friendly team that is very attentive. Customer service is excellent.

Me and my acquaintances had been here multiple times. The food they offer is moderately rated compared to the demand from customers. I was terribly dissatisfied during my last visit due to the abominable customer service that was shown with the staff misinforming us with their menu and offers. I was extremely disappointed by the attitude shown towards us. I would recommend you going for the food, however the customer service let me down tremendously.

A group of 12 friends, we went to celebrate a birthday at Johor South Key location. Ordered drinks at 6.30 received at 8pm. All our drinks were mixed up or not delivered. Ordered meal at 6.40 and was told at 8 meal not available. We received meals we had not ordered to add to the chaos. The waiting staff were friendly although not enough staff to manage the large number of people in the restaurant. Adhearnce to RMCO very poor to say the least. The owners of this establishment need to improve drastically. Hire more staff. Food was average not worth the hassle of going. Think about if you really want to go as very very poor. Worst experience I have had dining out in Malaysia. We will not return I will also not be recommending Quivo to anyone thats for sure.

We had an amazing birthday supper in the middle of the week here in Quivo - it was a Tuesday! We were attended by Abang Shah who made us feel warm and welcome. The food was great and it was an amazing place to chill out with family and friends. They made all the arrangement upon reservation from the food to drinks to the birthday cake - everything was taken care! Will definitely come back here.

Very good food and drinks. One of the best places in jb to chill with friends and family. All waiter and waitresses were so friendly and accommodative.. specially Mr, Kalai, he made sure his customer are well served.. a place not to be missed..

Best spot in JB, love the food here amazing selection of local food cooked to perfection. Very good ambience with nice music. And fantastic service from Mr. Kumar. Highly recommended

We had a great night out seated outdoor with delicious foods and drinks. We had the starters, pepperoni pizza, chocolate cake and vanilla buttercream cake. The ambience was pleasantly chill and relaxing. A big kudos to Mr Rajan, Mr Faiq and also Bar Manager, Mr Kalai. Great engagement with us throughout the night away. Will definitely come back again. Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Food is nice especially the pizzas. Made and oven baked upon order. Quiet place to chill before the crowd comes in. Pleasantly surprised when served with a complimentary dish for their service recovery. Definitely will patronise again.

Who can deny a great food and splendid services.. Luv this place Especially the food and dedicated warm welcome staff .
Kudos to chef bob, waiters :shah, kuga, daniel and others.. The place for me and my family to dine everytime we do our leisure in Sogo Southkey Key.. Two thumbs up and keep up the great and quality works.. Cheers.

One of best bar and restaurant at Johor Bahru currently. The price is reasonable and the choice of food is superb. The environment and atmosphere is brilliant and refreshing. The waiter and waitress are kind and friendly. The pr manager is very friendly.

All the staff was super friendly , the ambience of quivo is awesome and lively .Food is pretty good as well , qeema pizza is awesome with all the cocktails , and special thanks to mr Amin for making our girls night awesome . Will definitely recommend , will be back soon.

Been to Quivo with my family. Tried their brunch. Little did i know they welcomed kids as well. The branch manager Mr Kalai is very welcoming and helpful. Pizzas, mamak mia, minute steak is one of the must try! Not to forget the dessert here. Delicious! And also Thank you to Mr Faiq for being really helpful and being friendly to us!

Superbly managed well by Badrul and Kalai . Really must say the service is top notch. Food quality is 10/10. Presentation as well. Will surely frequent more.
The Indian girl staff was super attentive and helpful. Extremely courteous.
