The food is so good and the price is great. I love the Biriyani, and is also a great place for Breakfast!

We arrived in Malindi with a night bus and we were taken here to eat before we checked in our hotel. The food was good local food at an affordable price we ended up eating here severally. The staff need a bit of customer care training but all in all we enjoyed the food.

Delicious Swahili dishes, pilau, chicken biryani and also tasty fried fish. For breakfast they have spiced aromatic tea, samosas, chapatis and tasty doughnuts. A small affordable budget and very good food.

Asked our lovely tuktuk driver to pick out a place where locals would eat. Jabreen served up a delicious chicken biryani for 300 bob. It's never going to win awards for decor or even, dare I say, hygiene but it is friendly, quick and just what we wanted.

Very nice place to have a tasty lunch that doesn't break the bank! Informal atmosphere where you share tables.

The food is good. They serve swahili food. But the Highlight are the Samosas. Very nice tasty meaty crunchy samosas.... Always enjoy them... Mostly we takeaway samosas...

Other than the samosas which tasted really good, everything else was not upto speed. The three waiters on duty seemed overwhelmed. We almost had to beg for service. I had to personally walk to the counter to get some samosas. The pilau was not well done to coastal standards. Kachumbari was worse. The place was generally unclean. Tables took long... More

This local joint attracts many foreigners as well simply for his quality . The Samoosas are simply perfect. The rest of the food is also of excellent taste. A bit untidy at times as the place gets very busy.
