we wanted to stay just for 2 days. Since it was such a nice place it turned out to become 10 days. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the warm hospitality of Selma +Eddy

Simple setting, lovely place to be , away of the Malindi town sure offers an exclusive feeling and the staff has a direct touch to every client, pocket friendly and a place to experience!

i was again at Selmas and eddies Place called Barefoot Beach Camp in February this Year . The Foot prepared by Eddie the Owner is the best what you can get in Malindi .And even when you stay in one of the Tents , it is wonderful , you stay really close to the Indian Ocean and you could hear... More

Me and my husband happens to visit the golden beach 2 weeks a go and meet Edi the owner on the Beach. He was so nice and welcoming that we decide to come back and have a full board of the gourmet experience of eating and sleeping in their tends all equipment and build on the respect to the nature... Excellent experience being immersed in a natural environment. Fresh food at every meal and the friendly nature of the couple who owns the place made this a truly memorable trip! “A mini holiday to remember” Pending review we stayed here for two nights at the end of March 2015. Eddie and Selma took good care of us. Great food.....and we are fussy eaters! Warmly greeted by Chef Eddie and his wife Selma, our group was wowed by hot foccacia fresh from the oven, olive oil with garlic to garnish. My second visit to barefoot beach camp . Its always a pleasure going to barefoot beach camp. And the food yummmm . Eddie makes the most amazing food . We had our Wedding Anniversary lunch at Barefoot in early January. From the warmest of welcomes from Eddie and Selma to the absolutely delicious menu Eddie had prepared for us, it was the perfect day in a tranquil setting. We'll be back!
