We tried here as we fancied something a little different to the usual Japanese food as we’d had that every day on our trip and we were delighted we did. This is a family restaurant where the Chef has been classically trained at the The...Savoy in London. His Wife looks after front of house and his Son also works in the kitchen. The food is lovingly prepared and the results are great. They do a set (fish or meat) and this comes with soup, salad and a dessert. Everything was really tasty and the lemon creme brûlée was delicious. They serve French table wine by the glass and have a few options by the bottle. Everyone is very friendly and the dining area has a collection of various different nic-nacs which gives it a homely feel which matches the homely style of cooking. Hugely recommend going here for the warmth of the hosts and the tasty food.More
