It’s very famous as chicken meal restaurant from my childhood. Very big portion and reasonable price.

I probably had to high expectations going in here, with the placeringar being rated #1 of restaurants in the area. We ordered the nanban and everything was properly cooked but just lacked in tasty, bland to be fair. Rest of the company enjoyed it more...More
Local people said a soul food in Miyazaki. The restaurant is found at around 50 years ago. The building is quite old but it's a very clean. Menu is only chicken or pork. Chicken is main. All are very tasty.
I've always wanted to come here. My top two for my Miyazaki Visit was the Phoenix Golf Club and Ogura Honten. It was good food, and I would eat it again. But I don't know that I would pay $50 in taxi fares to do...More

Chicken quality was great. It looks like fried and dipped in light japanese soy sauce. The taste is good from good quality meat and light soy sauce. This is something worth to try if you haven't but it's not in my repeat list to go...More
It is located in an alley, not easy to find. Walking distance to the JR station. Had to wait in line for about 15 min. Worth the wait. The chicken had kind of a sweet BBQ flavor, tender and went really well with their own...More
The restaurant is very popular so you might have to wait. For 1,010 yen you get the cities signature dish. I think people from all over Japan eat there when visiting, but so too do locals. I will try again if I ever get back...More
I like Chicken Nanban a lot. This is the place I always go for a fix. Always a lot of food and always delicious.
It's sweet and sour and quite refreshing. Comes with a creamy sweet and sour sauce and rice and also a shredded cabbage salad which is light and refreshing as well. This would be good in the summer. And kids would like it too.
