I went there for the first time last night. I had to wait 15 mins outside since this is a famous local ramen shop! The soup was pork based and very oily.. tasty! but if you like more less oil then i recommend you to go to the one in Canal city nearby. This shop has a very long history... More

This place provides a lot of value for $10 ramen. Way more pork belly and thicker/richer broth than the other places we have visited. We went on a Thursday night around 7:30pm and there was no wait.

This place was recommended to me by a taxi driver. It's a small shop right across from an elementary school. The noodles are standard but the broth is amazingly rich and unctuous very porky. The chashu is torched right before it is served. It's fatty and crispy...just delicious. I could eat here daily. It's about a 10-15 minute walk south... More

It's recommended by a local people, and it's near my hotel, the BBQ meat is good, soup nice, but honestly, i can't tell the difference between this ramen restaurant than the other. All i know is there's lot's of celebrities have been to here before, so i think is good. good value choice.

When one comes to Kyushu, one should savor the special flavour of Hakata style Tonkosu (pork bone soup) ramen. Amongst the many ramen shops in Hakata, this is one of the most famous ones! This is also the only shop, no other branches. Take a subway train to Watanabe-dori, or bus stops at Watanabe dori 1 chome. When you can... More
