Good place for rest after all Vietnamese cafes. Dishes and service were good with appropriate price. Visit this place for its music and atmosphere.

I've been here many times in the past but have to say the service has taken a bit of a nose dive. 2 hours for food to arrive and each beer took a while to arrive. Big place with too few staff. ...are they catering to only one nationality...I think so. However, music is good...sort the service out guys...you are... More

The food was a total disaster!!! The Burgers came with a few re-heated potatoes and no sauce. Starters ("fresh spring rolls") came AFTER the burger and were chewy and smelling like Raclette Cheese and super dry. Do not recommend this place!

Visited joe's cafe as we thought it looked cool.. Had 1 drink & left. The music was awful almost putting us to sleep. Boring environment. Beer was cheap enough.

We went there to take a small breakfast and then go to the beach and it was a really good idea. The food is good, and you have this beautiful view that makes everything perfect.

We visited Joe's cafe for lunch as it was close to where we were staying. The menu looked promising with a few Mexican options, burgers, etc. I ordered a coffee on arrival and asked for a regular sized hazelnut iced coffee (they have small, regular and large) with no milk (for 55,000 dong - fairly pricey). The waitress came back... More
