Mr and Mrs Son run a great little place in Hoi An serving delicious, beautifully cooked food. Mrs Son also led us through a 3 hour cookery class. We were able to choose the dishes we were going to learn from the extensive menu the evening before, so she was able to get hold of all the ingredients in advance.... More

We enjoyed a selection of dishes for lunch here. I am a vegetarian and there were lots of choices for me. The Tofu with lemongrass and chilli and the spring rolls were particularly delicious but it was all great and my husband enjoyed the white rose and a prawn dish. We had around 6 dishes in all, 2 beers and... More

My boyfriend and I moved to Hoi An two months ago and thought it was about time we wrote a review for our favourite lunch spot. Mr and Mrs Son always greet us with a smile and the food is the best we've found in Hoi An. It's a quiet spot, the portion sizes are great, the prices are extremely... More

Such a sweet friendly couple! Delicious food, all freshly cooked right next to you, so may take a little longer than other more commercial restaurants but definitely worth it. Went back 3 times!

Best food in Vietnam so far! You have to go! We did the food tour in Hanoi and the food is so much better and fresher here.

What a place! Great food, really tasty. I recommend ordering a few place and sharing them with your friends. If solo just go crazy. Prices are excellent and food is just amazing. Do stop by and have something to eat.

Ms. Son is in a typical outdoor market in Hoi An but the food is anything but typical. He and his wife cook delicious local specialties. They are extremely skilled. Try the Cao Lao here -- amazing. The White Rose dumplings are really good and the vegetarian spring rolls were outstanding. Every dish we tried was delicious.
