We reached Colonia in the early afternoon and were looking for a place to have a light lunch. Followed the advice of our not so good guide and went to this place. Location was great on the quiet square in the shades, and service was ok (but certainly not above average). Low point was the food. Dry and tasteless, worth... More

The food was okay, I had some fish sandwich which I realized was some lox or cured fish with some sort of spread on bread with some fries. I had to get a large beer because it was so hot in Colonia. I would rather eat on the main street outside of the old town because the prices are more... More

Very slow service. Took us over 1 hour to be served. We had the "chivito al plato" which had tons of fries and very little steak. The dish also came incomplete based on the description of the menu. The check took us forever to arrive and they didn't let us pay the chivito with credit card to get the discount,... More

Nice server, the rest was pretty average with the standard food served in all Uruguay. No reason to return and lots of more interesting options.

Went to several places in town, with my fiancé. Some are good, some are not. But this one deserves some attention. =]

The place is nice, but food is terrible! I had a spaghetti that was very badly cooked! In my table of 5, the only plate was ok was the raviolones negros. Don't go, in the expensive!

My mom and I shared a very tasty milanesa napolitana with smashed potatoes ( the latter wasn't very good ). But the place is nice and the service is great!

The customer service was great, the place itself is ok with beautiful artwork, however the food was way too expensive for what it was.

The special ravioli dish had little flavor. The Greek salad was a few unripe tomatoes and cucumbers in a pool of soupy cheese. The waitress was nice and service was prompt.

I stopped there for lunch, and everything was very good. Maybe a little bit expensive, but this how it is on touristic areas, where they work with tourists only for 1-2 months per year.
