Our tour guide in colonial recommended this restaurants for pasta. It did not disappoint. Best pasta I have had outside of Italy. Reasonable prices. Ate lunch and dinner there. My husband lived the rabbit at lunch. Yummy desserts. Highly recommend!!!

We arrived here with just 40mins to spare before leaving for Buenos Aires and the waiter immediately installed us, took our order and was really pleasant and helpful. Lunch prepared in kitchen which looked immaculate ( visible from near toilets). Better value here than other restaurants we have visited on previous occasions.

We sat outside and were immediately served. The restaurant makes all its pasta on location, We tried the tallarines, potato gnocchi, spinach raviolis each with a different sauce-4 cheese, creamy spinach, bolognese and pesto. We also ordered a peppered beef dish that was perfectly prepared.

There appears to be a lot of similarity to many of the restaurants in the old town. This one has reasonable prices and very pleasant staff. The food was good but nothing special. Limited wine list but ok.

The pasta here was so good, made fresh with a delicious sauce. The service was a little slow, but the staff were very friendly and relaxed. Would recommend.

We went there to try their chivito. In the card it was written that it was a portion for two (not at all) and unfortunately it was not really good, a lot of acidic pickled vegetables which destroyed all the taste. What's more our plates were dirty and we got charged for a performence which we didn't even see as... More

I stopped here for lunch today and neatly left twice the service was so slow, and indeed the next door table did leave. Honestly I wish I had, the food was just okay, and I later discovered far more interesting spots.

The staff are genuinely nice, the food simple and good. Pasta casera is the best thing. Definitely worth a visit.

We felt very welcome at Viejo Barrio and got good recommendations on food and drinks. The restaurant is beautifully located in the old town and provides a very nice atmosphere.
