This is what specialisation must mean. Turkish cuisine at its best. The menu is simple -only Kofte, beans, and a few other meat grills. The taste is great. And very reasonably priced.

Don't expect luxury or very tidy atmosphere..very small place but really nice tasting food..sometimes you need to wait the other customer to finish his food to get a chair..the meatballs are pretty delicious but my favourite is the beans ( piyaz)..you can easily order a second plate...prices are quite cheap..it is in the city center so you are already gonna... Bergama is a historical place and a tiring place because there are two ancient cities and old town market / bazaar. So while trying to see everything, u get tired. We were here to have a late lunch as a family after a hard walking tour around hills. There were a few tables in this old, small but clean place. We ordered meatballs with the help of the friendly staff. Piyaz (beans salad) was delicious and a variety of drinks were available. Food was delicious, can be tried for other... More

This is highly recommended as a fun stop after exploring the ruins at Pergamon and the red basilica. It is a old & traditional kebab house that served superb kofte, beans & yoghurt. There are only a few tables which are shared by whoever comes. Great food and good fun.....

The average tourist would probably walk right past this place but that would be a mistake. We were noticed the Tripadvisor sticker in the window and decided to try it for lunch. We were the only tourists and, although no-one spoke English, we made ourselves understood. The staff were helpful and friendly. I'm sure they went and got the tea... More
