You can find awesome food at Kayadibi Restaurant at Kayseri /Talas. Local food like manti, yaglama, civikli, and lamb with mushroom is advised. Don't miss the ayran. Prices are fair. Have a nice meal 😊

Man made mini caves to sit in with friends or family make for a very enjoyable nice out. The words authentic and traditional spring to mind. The food probably a 4* but the atmosphere and service make up for it in abundance hence the 5* rating. Definitely worth a visit if you make it to Kayseri.

This is the place to get the best pides in town. However, you might not always get the best service. It has pseudo-caves inside the dining hall. All the pides are good as well as the meat and vegetable dishes cooked in clay trays.

its actually built into a rocky cave, sure its historic and may be it was a house in the past, but the owner changed it to a nice traditional restaurant, must visit place dont forget it!!!
