I should have read the reviews before coming. Food was ok but the staff were horrible liars. First, the door man told me the upstairs seating was full. I told him I wanted to check it out and see. His response was that it was...busy upstairs and there was no space. I had to insist three times. I went up anyway and of course it was a blatant lie. Plenty of seating upstairs and plenty of staff. I should have just left then and there but I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I understand you want patrons downstairs to make the place look busy but when there’s construction going on in the street and dust is being blown from cars let your patron sit upstairs. Second, when I ordered their mixed kebab platter the waiter asked soup or salad? Thinking this was an odd question I told him I didn’t want soup. Then he said “soup salad include.” Wanting to clarify I asked him “soup or salad is included with the kebab?” He specifically said “yes, include.” Ok, so I told him soup. Of course when I get the check the soup was charged. I could understand if perhaps there was a language problem. But the fact the doorman lied to me, looking at the other reviews, and seeing the inflated prices I really think he knew it was a scam. As the other reviews have stated, just stay away. There’s plenty of other places that serve the same stuff with better prices, quality, and service.More

The personnel was rather superficial and not really friendly. Weak customer service. We didn’t feel welcome. The food was very tasteless and nothing special

I loved this place. The terraces on second and third floor offer a great view. The service was fantastic and the food always excellent no matter what I had...The lamp chops were incredible, the pottery kebab perfect, the hummus mmm mmm good. If only they...served beers it would have been perfect!More

Service was really good, food is fresh and tasty. You won’t have to wait too long for your order and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend trying adana kebab and havuc dilim as a dessert! Local appetizers plate is a must try also. Yum!

We had a couple of disappointments when dining so when we walked by this restaurant and saw how packed it was we thought it must be good. The food was excellent. They serve local food and specialty. I did not cared for the pumpkin dessert...which is highly advertised in the monitors all over the walls but it seems to be liked by many people. The service was a bit slow but the place was full, they took longer to take our payment than to serve the food, but we were in no rush. If you are in a rush, don’t go if they place is packed.More

Was happy to find the restaurant open late at night, after our flight when we were really hungry and the city was entirely closed even for takeaways due to covid. Even happier to see they had a vegetarian option: some cheese gratinated mushrooms dish- very...tasty and my boyfriend had a meat meal with some grilled veal meal which he loved! Staff was friendly, accommodating and polite. Was an unexpected good experience with this restaurant! Would totally recommend, would come back there!More

We were here during COVID lockdown. They were so rush to just a take order, and were very unorganized. They let some people go inside, and some prohibit to go in even though there were still plenty of social distances room available inside. After we...ordered food 30+ min for our order to be ready. However, they could not find who belongs our order, and looking for long time for us. We ordered those they told me come in clay, but it was NOT. They could mention it will not be in clay for take out. (Other restaurant were in clay even for take out). Food was overall ok. Forgot utensils.... Service could be better but since under lockdown, someway understandable.More
