My partner and I enjoyed a lovely morning with Fatma's daughter cooking in their family home, a cave that has been in the family for generations. Although our host claimed she 'couldn't speak very good English', we disagree and had a wonderful morning exchanging stories of our respective cultures and showing photos. Oh and we cooked some amazing food!!! If... More

Tasty food, good value. My wife and I enjoyed eating here. Pot of Turkish tea for 10tl is great value. We had 10 cups out of it.

We visited on our first full day in Goreme. The cafe is nice and shaded so we sat outside. Our waitress was a lovely Swiss lady- we didn't get your name, sorry! The gozleme was delicious and we had to have some baklava because it looked to good to pass up. A great place for lunch and really nice atmosphere-... More

Best manti we have ever had. The quality was amazing due to it being homemade. The service was great from a lovely family business. Also a great place to get a decent coffee in turkey. Thanks guys. 😉

Cute little place with very friendly staff. Great for vegetarians and for a rest after exploring. Food was fresh and cheap. Would absolutely go again.

For very decent food at a decent price this is the place to go. Both crepe and kebab options were really good. For the best milkshakes or smoothies head just down the road to meeting point cafe though! Highly recommended.

I enjoyed a great day learning to cook several Turkish cuisine specialties in the cave home of Cafe Safak's owner, Fatma. Her daughter, Gulsum, conducted the class and taught me how to make stuffed eggplant, grapeleaves, and peppers as well as lentil soup, turkish salad, and a Turkish dessert, Aside. Gulsum was well prepared, cheerful, and easy to follow. Recipes... More
