This is my number 1 recommend restaurant in Göreme. They have traditional decorations in the sitting area and have group vip room. The generous boss give us some cherry homemade wine and friendly touring his wine cellar. We love the food in Dibek!!! Try different spices with the dishes, fun experience of the foodie trip!!

We went to this restaurant because of a recommendation in the hostel and it was quite ok. Not too expensive and with very good service.

It is at center of Goreme and has very delicious meals. Especially i recommend Testi Kebap with ayran and hot baklava. You just sit on sofa at floor surrounding with comfortable pillows.

We ate the best Testi Kebab here and have been welcomed like a family member. The owner served us his own homemade wine without asking for any money. Very traditional and nice

We travelled with my husband and a friend to Cappadocia and the first night they recommended us Dibek. The ambient is very nice, decorated with cushions and low tables as Ottoman Style. We had typical dishes suggested by Mehmet, the owner. My husband is a Chef, and Turkish. He loved so much the place we went back another night. Mehmet... More

Eating here was one of the most unique, and enjoyable dining experiences we had during our visit to Turkey. The low tables and cushion seating (similar to some traditional Japanese restaurants) contribute to a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, in a beautiful setting (the building is a refurbished former stable). The service was prompt and friendly, with advice on which of several... More
