Unprofessional staff! Today we visited this restaurant, (2 peoples) we wanted to sit on a table that has the sea view, the restaurant was almost empty, so we chose a table that has 4 chairs, we wanted to sit there but we were surprised that...the person responsible there refused that and he was very rude, his approach was very unprofessional, he said that it is impossible for us to sit there and there is no choice! we asked if the table was booked in advance for other customers or if he is expecting someone to come, he clearly mentioned that no one is coming and he claimed that if a table has 4 chairs it must be occupied by 4 people !!! The funny part that right next to that table there was two ladies sited on a similar table of 4 ! So there was no valid reason for what he was saying, suddenly he stopped replying to our questions and HE DECIDED to chose another table for us that is right next to the entrance door which was not the best option for us who came especially for the sea view and to have a nice experience, as I mentioned earlier the restaurant was almost empty so we didn’t understand why this person acted like this and had this attitude, we had to leave the restaurant in a bad mood, we didn’t want to escalate this more at that moment because there was clearly no hope that this person will understand or empathize or listen he was so indifferent when we told him this not a nice way of treating your customers !! I hope that you invest more in teaching your staff about hospitality and manners. Will not recommend it to anyoneMore

Very nicely designed place, good food with high quality ingredients and wonderful cellar. Professional service. Prices extremely high but it's worth for the experience. Take an extra sweater for windy evenings and ask for a table in the internal side.

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious restaurant after two failed attempts in La Marsa. The restaurant is beautiful with sea views. My only complaint is with the hostess’s (the bald headed guy with a suit). He was not...friendly at all, as a matter of fact he did not even acknowledge us. Another person helped us find a table. Restaurant leadership should consider placing a friendly person to pleasantly greet customers since he gives a bad first impression.More

It is possible to find excellent restaurants in Tunis but this was one of the best. Very friendly staff.

I joined a dinner with pre-set menu. The entrees (starters) were excellent and very diverse. The main consisted of a grilled fish which was not quite as tasty and creative as the starters had been, but it still very nice. Service was attentive and very...good and the setting lovely.More

This restaurant has a special place in my heart cause this is where my hubby and I went for our first date, and where he asked for m hand. Always a pleasure to come eat here when visiting Tunis.

We were told this was one of the best high- end seafood Restaurants but both my companion and I were disappointed by both the food and overall experience. The Restaurant was very busy, but the food and service were both average at best. The Brik...was not the prawn filling we ordered and not as nice as other's we had tried recently. The Sea Bass a bit overcooked and just a disappointing dish. We both agreed we would not rush back, but if I did return it would be a lunchtime visit more to enjoy the view.More

My partner and I went to this awful restaurant and we were badly welcomed. The waiter was rude, unprofessional and a LIAR. Despite there were so many free seats, he decided not to let us dine in (his reason: we are fully booked). If you...want to go there and be treated unkindly and rudely, go there! The place has a great ambiance the decor is beautiful and the staff is friendly! We ordered fish and to be honest it was beyond expectation. The reason why I rated it 4 stars is that it's really hot even on a summer night! Strong...fans can be set up to make the situation more bearable. A culinary experience is not limited to food only, it includes premises, welcoming, service, prese tation and cleanless. This restaurant fails kiseray in many of them. Welcoming is done by an angry person who does not even welcome you or even smile, wearing inbkack he...is so constipated that you want to leave. Unfortunately with guests yiu can just swallow and bite your tongue. There are cats roaming the dining room which is so weird for a restaurant of this category. One server dropped bread from a basket on the floor, he picked up the bread put it back in the basket and served the cliebts with that bread. Servers are rough no smile and when they clean the tabke they are so fast that they can hit you withbthe plate if you don't dodge. Food is excellent but with all what I described above I hated it. I hated inviting people to this place I hated theblacknof attention from servers and welcoming. This is not my forst time experience here that is so similar I wrote feedback but no improvement at all. The day people understand meaning of restaurant business is the day things would go good like in other countries.More
