"Sidi Ali" and "Adel" are two names for the SAME restaurant. I am from Djerba, and I know that well.

This is the same restaurant as "Chez Adel". It is directly on the beach in the sand, no fancy shoes needed. There is no menu, but daily fresh choices of fish and shrimps. Sidi Ali is a simple and cheap fish restaurant with a limited choice; however, the fish is good the place is clean and the view is gorgeous. You eat in a natural and non polluted environment. It is worth a visit.

Just on the beach Sidi Ali serves fresh grilled fish and shrimps to a mix of both locals and tourists. The food is simple but plentiful and good, the service quick and friendly, and what's better than enjoying the catch of the day in the evening breeze coming from the sea. This restaurant is advertised as in Midoun but is nearer to our hotel in Aghir, so it might be better enquiring on the distance from your hotel rather than from Midoun because the taxi driver was not sure at first.
