This is a pretty cool looking bar with a good sized beer garden. The beer and drinks seemed well priced. The food was average, but cheap so that's all good. If you're staying close, try it. We would like to have tried the Thai dishes, but they didn't have anyone who could cool them, which is odd.

Thank you for your review. Its still low season, normally only have one or two cooks working lunchtime between June and November! We sell both Thai and Western food, should not be a problem in the evening as we have 2/3 cooks, but not sure what time you visited us! Not sure what food you ordered, so cannot comment on... More

Our family of four was looking for a quick bite for lunch close to Baan Chaitalay and we opted for Lost Cafe. We arrived about 1 pm and were told they would be open in 30 minutes. This was no big deal and worth the wait. No Thai food was available so we had burgers and pasta. Both tasted great.... More

Same owner for 10 years, not sure why you did not ask? Chaotic, probably means busy, high season can be like this. Depends on what you ordered If 10 minutes apart! If you ordered Pizza and Thai food, its possible, but we do state on our menu that Pizza can be longer then other meals, also depending on how many... More

I ate here one night and the food was OK but to be fair it was no worse or better than other restaurants in town. Spirits were a lot cheaper here than other places so was nice to have a pre-dinner drink.

Meals for a table of 10 came sequentially over a period of 45 minutes. Food was ok. We all could have lived with this except they forgot two of the meals. So two of us went without dinner. My beer was nice, but you've got to be kidding right? A bad night out.

Thank you for taking time to review our cafe. Have you ever made a mistake, Mr Perfect? "Food was OK" and " My beer was nice" was It really that awful? God bless her, we have a veteran waitress of seven years non stop loyal service. She made a genuine error by putting one tick against the Chicken Green curry... More

If you like good selection of beers, European snacks and food, pub atmosphere, - then this place if for you. Over all we enjoyed our meal here. Pizza was home made, fresh and tasty. Stake with jacket potato, mushroom sauce and garnishes was good but the stake itself was over cooked for my liking. I asked for a medium rare... More

Did not enjoy my visit to this Lost Cafe. I ordered pork chop with vegetables and a jacket potato. It was all stone cold. I ate the cold Pork chop and left the rest. Will not return.

Hi Thank you for your review. We have a new Open Kitchen, just in front of the seating area at the front of the restaurant. Now, all our cooks are fully in view during cooking and not behind closed doors. They are also very approachable. We encourage customers to watch their food being cooked. We cook our vegetables slightly different... More

I am only giving 4 stars because I asked for 2 types of vodka but they had neither and then asked for a meatball pizza which they also didn't have. When we did receive our burger and pizza the taste was good- better than I expected. The waitresses were friendly and they did feel a bit embarrassed that the 3... More

This bar is only busy in the weekend, on weekdays it's empty. I try to other some things from the menu but the answer was no have. So I tried the pizza Magharita, the bottom of the pizza was little hard and burnt but the taste of the cheese and sauce were good. The price of the beer can be... More

Thank you for your review. You have made comments that are not quite correct. Saturday is our worst trading day due to Cicada market. Monday to Thursday are our busiest days, due to Cicada Market being closed. September/October are our worst trading months due to more rain than any other months. End of December through to end of February is... More

Hi Thanks for your review. I think very accurate, being honest, we go through so many staff, who are not simply not up to standard. Khao Takiab Is a very young resort and simply very difficult to find good staff, even for the 5 star hotels. So many jobs available for good staff, but very few with quality and very... More
