Excellent Thai food, very good service. We had gone to Aekocha a few times now. Always friendly and fast staff. Food is high quality, Thai/Asian. Very good place for children as there is a fantastic playground integrated.

Fun playground for the kids so parents can relax and enjoy themselves. The food was outstanding. We had many different dishes like curry, morning glory tempora and in garlic sauce, shrimp cakes, fried fish, chicken and cashews, soft shell crab and more. We were a large group of 16 and we did family style so we got to taste so many choices.... More

We used to eat at this restaurant when we lived in Chiang Rai. On a return visit, 7 years after we moved away, we went back to eat their again. It was even better than before. Grounds are beautiful, service is amazing and most importantly, food is excellent. It is a seafood restaurant and the fish and shrimp will be... More

The service is amazingly quick, no sooner had we ordered then the first dish arrived. Everything comes piecemeal, but the quality is beyond reproach. The staff are very friendly, we wanted a dish that wasn't on the menu (Pork Penang Curry) but they happily obliged and it was one of the best we have tasted.

As regular contributors to Tripadvisor, at the end of our meal here, my wife and I were pondering what score to give this place. With each 'pro' also came a 'con' so we decided on a 3/5: - Whilst the fish options are great and volumous, they price the fish by weight but don't tell you what weight will be... More

Another restaurant find on my recent road trip to Chiang Rai with three other expat ladies. We enjoyed a delicious and plentiful range of Thai dishes at this restaurant! Good food, good flavors, good service, all helped contribute to a relaxed and fun filled last evening in CR before heading out for home the next morning! Rice with pineapple to... More

Sing our guide from the ATV adventure recommended this place and kindly dropped us off after our adventure. This has a wonderful adventure playground or the kids and a some fabulous fish and other Thai dishes. We were told to order the pineapple fried rice instead of white rice and back home this would be the whole meal, it also... More

We live here and Chiang Rai sometimes feels like a gastronomic desert. We always ask our guests if they like Thai food and we recommend this restaurant if they do. There are a few good restaurants in Chiang Rai but this is one of the few really excellent restaurants. It is my daughters favourite and we usually get to eat... More

This restaurant was recommended by the nice folks at Chiang Rai ATV, it's a few kilometres outside of town and caters for bus trips of 100's of diners, but don't let that put you off. The food is first rate, sizzling hot plate beef in Hong Kong sauce was spectacular. Well worth a short taxi ride.

Aekocha is a old restaurant in Chiang Rai. They serve you for boil rice, sauteed vegetable and soup with a tasty. Price for some menu are quite high but most of them are reasonable. Overall is very good to have my nice dinner here.
