It's authentic Thai food by the beach and when I came in, I was greeted by the friendly owner. It's a quiet place with relaxing atmosphere. I did enjoy food during the weekend. Let's say It's a hidden gem of Cha-am.

The restaurant is located in a very nice garden. The staff is friendly and the place is very quiet. ***WATCH OUT*** The map on Trip advisor is wrong and the restaurant is 600-700 m more in the north. You will find a green sign indicating "The Garden" and then there is a small gravel road that will lead you directly... More

tucked in the middle of hustle and bustle of Cha Am is this tiny restaurant with a serene surroundings. Hostesses (mom and daughter) are wonderful and also the wait staff. They serve both western and traditional Thai cuisines. Both hostesses and some of their wait staff speak fluent English which make the entire experience is more enjoyable since you can... More

A delightful little place! Its a bit further off the main street, and you really just have to find it and be curious enough to go and see it. I think the add in the street said that the restaurant is called "the Garden". You have to walk an alley for about 50 meters to get into the restaurant itself.... More

I like especially the atmosphere, friendly family staff and the Thai food at this location. But: It is closed most of the year (April-November). You will not find the restaurant using the GPS-coordinates provided by tripadvisor or by GoogleMaps. True coord.:12.79229336, 99.98263679 or: Coming from Narathip road(traffic light) turn right into the Ruamjit-beach road. Walking ca. 100m after the 7/11... More

Tried this restaurant after reading previous reviews, so pleased we did. Ate here on 3 occasions, was never disappointed. Located down a little lane off the main road next to a 7/11. A lovely garden setting, but you need to get there early as it quickly fills up. Good choice of menu, Thai food cooked to how spicy you like... More

The sign for the restaurant is on the Beach Road between Soi 2 and Narathip - butbthe sign says "The Garden." It is a nice quiet place in a - surprise - garden. The food served is not very good, mostly dull and not very well cooked. The dumplings were a bit hot outside but freezing cold inside (not very... More

This restaurant was recommended to us a few days before we left Cha Am, so we only visited twice. Tranquility, good service, nice garden surroundings and delicious food. We tried both western and thai food, dessert and white wine - everything at a reasonable price and a very nice family? staff. We will come back next year....

As others have written, this restaurant is in a charming garden setting. It's about 250 meters south of the Narathip Rd (AKA Chicken Street), up a small gravel lane just off the Cha am Beach Rd. This 50-seater filled up quickly and was almost full by 7pm with longish waits for food thereafter. Customers were mostly Western Europeans and a... More
