Very busy night (Lisa Lampanelli in town). Forgot reservations but found us a table for 2 in 10 minutes. Service was EXCELLENT. Not cheap but worth every bite. Chilate De Pollo soup was to die for. The Gambas Al Ajllo was much larger than expected and warmed up nicely the next day. I will go back.

Honestly...I don't get all the 5 Star Reviews for this place. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything better than average to me. The SERVICE...THAT deserves 5 Stars. We had a party of 8 being co-workers on a project in Albany. Our server and the people that assisted her were very friendly, took care of our every need with a... More

I joined several friends for dinner and to catch up recently, and El Mariachi was the perfect spot. The food is great, and the margaritas and sangria kept the conversation going. We sat upstairs in the corner, and didn't feel any pressure by the staff to quit gabbing.

Personally I'm more of a fan of Tex mex, this place is more like legit Mexican food. Which is good but not my absolute favorite. It's also pricy in my opinion.

Four of us had dinner at this homey Mexican restaurant. Service was prompt, delicious food served quickly, filling{took some home} and reasonably priced. Margaritas were large and very good. A casual restaurant to enjoy any time. We'll be back!

Last time we went here was about 6 years ago. 4 of us on a Friday night, and the place was almost empty. Food was mediocre, and had obviously lived under a hot lamp for a long time. So - we wanted to go to a place near the Egg before a show last Saturday, and figured it was good... More

Went here with my family and we all had a good time. They serve a basket of chips and salsa (only dinner and the first basket is free after that they charge some money). The food is cooked fresh, is full of flavor and ample portion size to share!! The prices weren't too bad either. Overall a good restaurant.

Local friends took us to a small "hole in the wall" Mexican place near downtown. The food was pretty good, but not great. We ate early, so the place was not crowded and had good service. We had a small child with us, which might have been a problem at a later hour. The queso sauce for chips was enormous... More

This place tried to come off as a Mexican restaurant-horrible ! I ordered tostadas and they came cold with salad on top and it was on the menu as a hot entree. The queso was just a chunk of attempted melted cheese. Didn't eat or drink anything they brought to the table. I will NEVER be going there again!
