Let's start with the decor. Looked good from the outside. The entrance is odd as you walk through a lobby to a space that looks like it might have been an office at one point. Had the tuna taco to start. Was not bad other than too much sauce. Had the sausage flat bread. Was the quality of airport pizza... More

For a hotel bar this place rocks! Nice atmosphere with patio seating available...but sit at the bar if you can...hopefully Bill will be there ..he is one of the best bartenders around! They have a good wine list..top shelf liquors....and great menu with lots to choose from. If your a local ..do not overlook this place ..give it a try.

I often pick one of the dinner specials, they change each month. But if you want to eat a bit lighter and quicker, I love the Short Rib Sandwich and you can never go wrong with the Po' Boy and tons of tasty shrimp packed in. Yum.

Met some friends there right across from my hotel and was pleasantly surprised! Great space, good drinks, great food and super service. I usually drive down to PFChang's but good to know if I just walk across the street (highway) I can have a great dinner with lots of variety. Later I went back to Desmond bar and won't do... More

We had the opportunity to eat last evening at the Blu Stone Bistro because it was easy and connected to the Hotel Indigo. We had a great dinner. The owner made some recommendations which we took the Brussel sprouts were fantastic and the New Delhi Spring rolls were outstanding. We both ordered flat breads for our dinner and the bartender... Connected to the Indigo, you might not expect a tasty meal from this kitchen. Limited menu but good quality meal. Flatbread was good as was the burger. Certainly convenient while staying here or close by.

I had dinner here and I have eaten a delicious sword fish with vegetables: it was so fresh and tender and tasty. In the morning, this restaurant prepares very rich and good breakfast: especially good are the waffles with season fruit and maple syrup. Recommended.

Good food, nice ambience and attentive staff. It specializes in farm to table menus. Prices and portions were appropriate.

Stayed in the IHG Hotel Indigo attached to this restaurant. Came down and had breakfast which was similar to what you would get from a Holiday Inn. The coffee was pretty decent and my waffles were OK. Wish they had real maple syrup. Location is good for travellers and I think would be OK for lunch or dinner. Cost was... More
