Chef Uri Levy has worked in the two Michelin-starred restaurant L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris. Now he is collaborating with the great minds of Tel Aviv night life in order to open Raisa, a restaurant-bar in Jaffa’s flea market where you’ll want to spend the whole summer. The ambient, drinks and snacks are truly unforgettable.

We visit Jaffa and by mistake we arrive to Raisa. What to say great atmosphere, excellent food , good vibe and we meat Racheli . Lovely woman . What else need a person in sunny Friday at Jaffa . Highly recommend!!
The food was good as was the service - but my rap water didn’t arrive. The mixed grill was tasty and interesting but I couldn’t find any beef whatsoever, the chicken was limited and it was overloaded with livers.
