The soup of Timlo Sastro is very very soothing for those who love clean eating. The chicken stock really makes this food a perfect food for breakfast or lunch.

Timlo is one of famous dishes of Solo, it is basically a clear soup with Timlo (made of fried egg) as the main condiments. We can also add chicken liver, eggs, etc. The soup itself pretty tasty (make sure to add chili as per your liking) especially eaten with warm rice and fried shallots. Location and facility are pretty basic... More

Timlo Sastro is one of the best timlo resto in Solo. It waslocated near city centre, very strategic and easy to reached. I ordered "timlo tanpa jeroan", which was very tasty and made me happy. The cons is there was a temporary garbage dump at the opposite of the resto. I hope this issue will be tackled by local govt... More

This was my first time trying timlo. The taste was surprisingly delicious for a street food. The soup tasted yummy. For a complete plate, you would have sosis solo, boiled egg, and chicken liver. For the drink, it was best to choose regular drink like es jeruk or es teh manis. The taste of their coffee and milk was too... More

Yes indeed year after year, the trash bin was still there - sometime I was lucky as there was no bad smell if the bin was empty. Food was constantly good, price was... More
