This is a quite famous restaurant chain in Indonesia. The food is good. Speciallize in Gurame Fish. The "es cianjur" is delicious. Recomended for family dinner. The place is very spacious.

The Gurame (Bakar and Goreng) was to die for! The atmosphere was majestic and has local flavour. Sambal was just right, not too spicy. It was so good we retruned again the very next day to eat the same things. :) Super highly recommended

Our very first visit to the restaurant and we were influenced mainly by the good reviews. The restaurant has very good ambience, high ceiling, rich history and a good number of private rooms. Good parking space outside the restaurant. The 2 fish dishes we ordered were good but the service was sadly poor. The waitresses were grumpy, disengaged and not... More

Goreng gurame is the specialty here. Fish that's fried to a golden perfection. The fish was crispy but the flesh was still moist. Even the bones were crunchy enough to eat. Comes with a sweet black sauce and sambal for condiments. The other dishes were decent too, but pretty standard. The ice avocado drink was nice and refreshing. The dessert... More

Food and ambience are good. But a little overpriced for the food I'm getting. Love the colonial style deco. A lot of caucasians seem to like this place.

I've been to this restaurant several times but never get disappointed. The taste is delicious. Try the veggies and grilled catfish. Sooooo delish!!! I don't know about you but I always need to order two type of drink. One mineral water, the other is Shanghai ice. It's the signature drink from the restaurant that you're not gonna find any where... This resto serves indonesian food especially seafood. The taste is delicious. The service is good. It has antique design in ikan bakar cianjur old town semarang city. The place is very cozy, suitable for family gathering. Gurame asam manis and es cianjur is the best menu there.

Been here with my family. They have fresh fish and the sambal soo yummy and spicy. Mostly seafood. My father loves it so we came back and again and again. They give us privacy because they gave us room for family with many people or group.
