We were blown away with the service of the beautiful workers, making our friend such a beautiful cake and also delivering the cake to our villa. The team at Caramel were friendly and nothing was too hard for them. Their communication on WhatsApp was great and made me feel at ease.
The quality of the cake is fantastic;fresh tasty and not too decedant. We ordered the Baileys cake with salted Caramel and Almond Butter. I would highly recommend Caramel for any cake needs you have in Ubud. Thanks for such a beautiful cake!

It’s a little cake shop in Hanoman St., you need to ride or drive slowly to find it however they sell beautiful cakes, literally. What we bought were red velvet and chocolate cake, both are beautifully crafted and taste great too. Since the shop is quite small, we preferred to take away those cakes and enjoy it somewhere else.

Find out this small cafe in the middle of Ubud center at Hanoman Lane, a small lane with small boutiques selling Bali specialty arts and clothes, this small cafe offer best coffee and cakes. Small sitting area at ground level, but their upper floor has ample sittinh area. For a hot afternoon break, this small cafe is highly recommended to recharge your tired shopping spree.

Best dessert in Ubud in this cute little patisserie. My friend took me to this place and voila!! i pretty love everything in here. Try their rosella cheese cake, sour from rosella lighten up cheese flavor.

We are a regular visitor of Caramel. We spent most of our celebration with their sweets xoxo. Since covid-19 hits Bali, this is our first time re-visit them. We had been at home for 2020 lols
Nothing changed much! Especially their sweets are still super scrumptious 😁 from rhum balls to a slice of orange cake, you can pick ones you like!
For first timers, they had a seat of 4 and a seat of 2 downstairs, with AC. They have more seats upstairs but without AC. The place is located in a one way street, so motorbike still the beat vehicle to beat Ubud's traffic..

My daughter had her 12th birthday in Ubud and so I was looking for birthday cake. Caramel Patisserie and Cafe was the perfect choice. Ordered from cake menu via Messenger. Great communication and advice. Price included personalised message. Nominal fee for delivery. Cake was delivered on time in beautiful cake box with cake knife and candles. We ordered the red velvet cake and it was so delicious. My daughter said best cake ever

I made a reservation here because I wanted a Japanese or European style birthday cake that doesn't use toxic local colorings.
The male staff member was very kind and showed me a sample photo, changed the macaron to chocolate, and responded to my detailed requests.
They also wrote a message in English.
The finished product was just like the photo, with a less sweet taste that Japanese people like, and my friend was very happy with it.
I was happy with the small details, such as the candles, knife, the design of the box to keep the cake in place, and the special bag.
If you are celebrating something in Ubud, I think you will be happy if you have a cake made here. There are also a wide variety of sample designs.

This cake shop offers you beautiful choices of desserts. It’s freshly made from their kitchen, a bit different from other cake shops. Red velvet is the nicest cake that you have to choose, nice presentation and taste as well!

Petite shop with only four chairs and table facing the road. Serving the most excellent petite cakes and treats and also delicious coffees etc. We enjoyed their Chocolate Nest with Cappuccino and Java black Tea. A lovely way to unwind after a heavy downpour! Highly recommended

Best patisserie in ubud. We tried all cakes on offer, during our ubud stay and nothing dissappointed such a high standard. So much choice Excellent staff. Great coffee. Friendly and welcoming. So good. A must for any foodie

Caramel is a bit of an addiction for us. We discovered it on our first night in Ubud and we have visited it maybe 10 times since.
We have tried a lot of the desserts and they all hit the spot. If I had to select a few of our favourites, the chocolate mousse, choco ice and kiss are all tasty.

After exhausting myself walking around Ubud solo and getting quite hot, I stumbled on this little gem at afternoon tea time.
The cakes in the window looked divine and it was hard to choose! I asked for a recommendation and narrowed it down to two. Then as I hadn’t had lunch, I said “why choose? I’ll take both!” I sat at a table in the window with a lovely pot of black tea and my two selected cakes and watched the world go by. Quite honestly, these cakes were better than many patisseries I had been to in Sydney. They made me audibly mmm as I ate them!
If I’d had more time in Ubud, I would’ve loved to go back every day! I’ll most definitely take my friends next visit.
