It's a sign of authenticity, which furiously lacks in ubud. This warung is simple yet have a lot of choice, even western cooking. The meals are good and yes a little more spicy than usual but still bearable. Authentic, cheap and good; can we ask for more ?

But then, when the food served about 15minutes. He satisfied and finished all the nasi rawon. Haha. And for Ayam keju, it looks like a... More

Came here for a dinner, the food was good, but takes a bit too long. Ordered a frappuccino, it tasted weird, felt like no sugar in it, the worst was it had no frappe cream and they told me they're runing out of it when I gave them the frappuccino back and ordered another drink. Some staffs were nice, but... More

We had a quick lunch at Mangga Madu, cheap and tasty! 75k for both of us! I had the Kare Sayur: vegetable currie, very delicious, and my daughter had the Cap Cay, we were both very satisfied and we will certainly be returning.

Definitely a locals hang out. Patio setting on a busy street, but some nice views. Very good food, very reasonably priced. Two of us had the Balinese grilled tuna, which was very tasty, and our friend had the curry chicken which she also liked (but lots of bones to deal with) each just 37K rp (less than $3 US).

The restaurant is not located in the main road, but it really worth for having lunch or dinner with affordable price and nice service from the wait staff. The food is good, mostly Indonesian style, some mixed with Chinese and Western. The price is really affordable for anyone, so usually this place crowded at night, tourist or locals came here... Came here for dinner, cheap food around 20-30k. Quick to serve. However, when we ordered an ice cream that does not have a price tag in the menu, the waitress charged us 35k!!! Quite upset about this. Ice cream taste average but more expensive than the meal itself. Better to ask the price before you order anything without price tag!!!

Had a delicious set of meals here. They had dishes that's more Balinese then European and they have a great variety of it. Lots of vegetarian options. Prices were also quite reasonable. Good food, great place and easily accessible.
