I don't do many negative reviews. I have been to Joni's on the last few trips to Bali and had enjoyed it immensely ( see my old reviews) Sorry to say that this restaurant has dropped the ball! Firstly on arrival the welcome was ................well there really wasn't one. I know inflation in prices is everywhere but the increase here... More

We stopped for late lunch, Putu our driver, recommended that we sit in a Balinese style table overlooking the rice fields. The Balinese food was simple and well prepared and the staff attentive. Very reasonable.

The food are tasteless and the service was bad with the very high prices tag for the food. The taxes was really high > 20% and the portion for the food is too small...

The food I would describe as quick production line smash it out and onto the next client. Wouldn't have minded if the price was relative. Paid more here than other Venues in Bali that are FAR superior in every way. To top it off they had a 21% tax that made it even more infuriating coughing up so much money... More

our driver brought us to this place when we asked where to get lunch. the views are fine, but the food is very average, and not worth the price you'd be paying. the meat of the duck or bebek is very little but that's the case for the whole island of Bali. we had lunch at a restaurant in front... I'm very surprised at the mixed reviews about this place. The view was incredible! And it was pouring rain! So cool! The food was really good, our first time trying crispy duck and we were pleased! I also had chicken satay and it was good!!! We had fast service and our tour guide helped us order, but the server reviewed... More

Our driver recommended this place to us with the promise of amazing food. The prices were relatively more expensive (not including 21% tax), and the food was decent but average. The main draw card of this place is the view - you eat right next to several rice fields, with the option to dine in your own bungalow.

Don't go to this place. The views are great, but food is expensive and tasteless. Not worth the price. I ordered seafood fried rice and there was only 1 shrimp that makes it a 'seafood'. The service is terrible. Not very friendly to the customer and prioritize foreign tourists over locals. Never going back.

This was recommended by a friend. Great views, simple food. 2x main courses and soft drink for under $30. Really enjoyed it. Worth a try.
