'Seniman Coffee Studio' is the Original Specialist Coffee boutique in Bali, Indonesia. Showcasing Single-Origin premium coffee from across Indonesia and guest international beans. We source green beans and roast all our coffee on site at our micro-roastery. Specialists in a range of different roast style we offer a journey of coffee's potential. Our science and skills continue through to how we brew our drinks; from hand brewing techniques such as Syphon and pour-over to high quality espresso based drinks.. Talk to our team about the origins of our beans, roasting and brewing craft. Full menu of creative Regional Indonesian Origin food and western breakfast dishes, cakes, health juices, wheatgrass, beer, wine, etc. We have super fast WIFI and cool tunes spinning all day. WE LOVE THE COFFEE WE CRAFT. Open at 7.30 am, close at 10.00 pm. We host workshops everyday, check website for details.

Good Coffee, Good Location

We heard so many good things about this place and decided to give it a try. Our coffee orders were iced cappuccino with cashew milk + affogato which came with a cookie and both were delish. Love the fact that they have non-dairy milk options on the menu. However, the avocado sandwich did not wow me enough. Could be because the avocado wasn’t ripped enough. Loved their spring rolls and soto ayam though. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find too.

Our first "Cold Brew" @ Balis best coffee shop

After travelling Bali for years, especially Ubud, we tried a new treat at Seniman's coffee shop in Shrivedari road. The Cold Brew... never heard of before, never had it. Of course we knew that at Seniman's you can order everything. So this time it was the Cold Brew, that came on the rocks with some cake and a glass of water. I had "natural" by the glas, my daughter had "fully washed", also by the glas. If you are a dedicated coffee lover and used to strong coffees I suggest the glas, if not, please order it smaller. The cold brew tastes like really super dark chocolate without being chocolate. I mean it surely is coffee but has a dark and very strong flavor that I have never had. Extraordinary. The washed one is lighter, definitely what I am going for next time. So please go there and have that experience. Also the sandwiches are excellent. You order them on a piece of paper and collect whatever you want them to be.

One of Recommended Coffee Shop in Ubud

The ice mocca coffee was so good (if you need additional sugar, please request to the waiter/ss) combine with mimpi choco brownie (GF). Perfect couple ! The price also still reasonable for local market. 9/10

I’ve been here before pre Covid and really enjoyed it but now I’m noticing prices have gone up , serving size has gone down as well as the service. Called in for coffee and cake , my wife’s cappuccino was cold , the apple crumble had been heated in the microwave whilst I ordered a chocolate milkshake came in a tumbler glass and my cheesecake was half the size I’d had elsewhere. Seniman is busy with many digital nomads locked in house for long periods of time , staff seem to be wandering everywhere and personal touch seems to be lacking.

Authentic coffee experience

I had Vietnamese drip coffee and my wife has nitro vanilla iced coffee with rum and vanilla cake. Everything tasted authentic and craftily presented. The place was slightly busy for my liking but it is a wonderful way to relax and spend some time with yourself on the rocking chairs and sip coffee.

Bagel Cream Cheese + Salmon

Ordered back in October 2021 I ordered from their branch “Toko Seniman” in Sudirman Street” Their coffee packaging was convenient for delivery. Dumpling was good, but the bagel with cream cheese and salmon was my favorite. Delish!!

One of the best boutique coffee shop

The taste of coffee relies not only the source of the bean, but -in most cases- in the roasting technique and the expertise of the barista to serve it. This coffee shop score 10 out of 10 for those all. Their roasting capability is beyond imagination. They combine every single element of a bean and roasting techniques to produce a range of unique taste and aroma. As I took the first sip, a sense of relief and big exhale coming out from my lung. It’s like conveying a message of “hey….this is a coffee we must have everyday” However, it doesn’t means their other drinks or dishes are not OK. Everything is good as well. All were well prepared and beautifully served. If you are in Ubud and wish to stop at only one place to have drinks and pastry, this is the one.

My first Seniman Coffee was 2018. Now every time I went to Ubud, I always going here for the hot latte. It’s addicting (in a good way😆). Even though I don’t go to Seniman studio, I always ordered it via online go**k to bring it to my hotel.

great place for breakfast and coffee

Great place to get breakfast or your coffee any time of day especially if you are staying on Jl. Sriwedari or Jl. Suweta as it saves you the stress of travelling into the centre of Ubud and end up stuck in traffic. Their coffees are amazing. I even tried a coffee mocktail that was to die for.

The best coffee in Bali!

Seniman Cafe is nothing short of amazing and truly lives up to the translation of their name (Artist). This was our fourth visit to the cafe, the third time I ordered food, and the first time I ordered the burger. None of which have disappointed! The burger rivalled the best I’ve found in Sydney and San Francisco.. not something I say lightly. The BLT is a great option as well if you want something a bit lighter. Don’t sleep on the coffee though. It’s amazing! The best in Bali! Make sure to check out the nitro options. Can’t wait for our next visit. It’s now a must stop any time we’re in Indonesia. I’m certain will be back in their rocking chairs in no time. Thanks Seniman!

Great Balinese Coffee

Senimen has a great selection of Balinese coffee both manual brew and espresso. We relaxed on the balcony for morning coffee and cake. Great to try the more unique styles of coffee and the pastries were lovely and fresh. Great service. highly recommend

Fav Bfast Place at Ubud

Seniman is my place to go for bfast during my 3 days in Ubud. The coffee taste really great that I end up buying the capsules for Nespresso. I also buy the bottles coffee as souvenirs for my friends at Jakarta. That's how great it taste that I want to share it with my friends. I also love the chair and the whole design of the cafe. Will always be my bfast place to go while in Ubud.

World class coffee - Melbourne level good!

I visited Seniman today for a coffee tasting. The service was attentive and friendly, and the coffee was 10/10. The staff were super knowledgeable too. I didn’t eat but the food looked great - I’ll definitely be back to have some lunch. They also run amazing workshops and you can even buy their beans to take home! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re a caffeine fiend.

Best coffee in Ubud (and perhaps in Bali)!

Obsessed with this place. Both myself, known for my embarrassing love for instant coffee, and my partner who is an extreme coffee snob and very picky flat white drinker, absolutely LOVED Seniman (Seniman Coffee and Seniman Spirits) and went there every day during our stay in Ubud. They have a really interesting and innovative selection of coffees and other non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. The staff is lovely and welcoming, and the general atmosphere just really, really cool - fantastic for relaxing in the afternoon or getting some work done (which is possible with speedy WiFi they provide). Make sure to try their Nitro Coffee and/or Nitro Chocolate/Nitro Espresso Martini, Affogato and different kombuchas - the Rosella and Cascara ones were delicious and so refreshing! It is definitely one of the places we will miss most about Ubud!

shop seniman and dalam seniman

one night after watching kecak dance at pura taman,i passed by dalam seniman,it is a shop promoting and selling local arts items.i bought two postcard there,i also bought a bottle of cold brew latte at shop seniman.this shop selling cold brew and coffee beans. these two shops located just opposite the studio,both belongs to seniman coffee studio. cuz the cold brew latte very nice,after finished it,i planned to buy it again, but so sad,cuz my tight schedule,no chance to come here.maybe next time will come here and have a cup of coffee at seniman studio again.
