We struggled to find any other sports bar in ubud but was pleasantly surprised when we went to the melting pot, they had the canelo vs ggg on big screens, there's lots of pool tables and the food was great, hidden gem!

We went to watch the footy on a Friday night - atmosphere was great and they had a great selection of craft beers! The venue is great for a night out drinking but dont go there just to eat as the food is average at...More
Still my favorite bar/restaurant. Texas style . Best cheeseburger anywhere. Extensive menu very well priced for highest quality food [ much of it imported ]. 5 large screen tv for sports fans. Many quality billiard tables. Ping pong, darts, foosball. Imported and Craft beers. Video...More
We struggled to find a bar in Ubud to watch AFL. We eventually were pointed towards The Melting apot. Great set up, lots of screens and loved the flags that you can sign. Service was very slow if you weren't at the bar and the...More
Glad you found us, thanks for writing us a review. Our layout is such that guests typically have to find their way to the bar for service unless you're eating as well. Cheers Greg
A great place for a few beers and a game of pool. Seems quite popular with visitors from around the world, and serving staff were very friendly.
Glad that you enjoyed yourselves, thanks for writing us a review. Cheers Greg
An excellent place to watch sport, have all the AFL matches on plus lots of other stuff. Cold beer and good food.

The place to go for watching sports. Great bar and the food isn't bad either! Pool tables and loads of screens, each showing a different match and sport.
We seem to be many different things to many different people. Glad that you found what you were looking for. Cheers Greg
It was really crowded for the big game, so it was really hard to even get drinks and we didn't even bother to try to get food. Good atmosphere. Lots of pool tables.More
Ya, it really was very crowded, we were prepared for about 125 or so guests but when almost 100 more than that showed up, we were scrambling. Thanks for not ordering food! It was near impossible to later hunt people down within the sea of...More
Will you be showing the third test between the British Lions v All Blacks this afternoon? If so we will come down and watch it. Cheers. Rick
We certainly did, hope ya made it out. Is this a review?
Went to the Melting Pot to watch an Australian Rules game, have a few drinks and a bite to eat. The football result was the best thing of the night. Probably the most expensive bar we have visited in Bali. Bintang was 350K and food...More
I think that an honest mistake has been made. Our Bintang is actually 35k, not 350k as you stated in your review… off by a factor of ten. True also of our food, around 70k, not 700k. 70.000 Rupiah for an entrée equates to USD...More
