Heather Pritchard served my wife and I both in Elements Bar on Wednesday and again at Thanksgiving dinner today. The food and atmosphere was great in both parts of Elements; different rooms but the same excellent experience. We have been served by Heather before and she not only remembers our preferences but also provides attentive and caring service.

My husband and I were shocked that the mussels would be so wonderful so far away from the coast. Delish!!! I had the salmon (love the sweet red sauce) and hubby had the steak. Our meal was presented beautifully and everything was delicious. Our server went above and beyond for our table request. Will definitely go back. I also highly... More

We met family for an early dinner at the bar. Service was okay, they'd only been open about 15 minutes and it took a little while for our food to arrive. Was good, tasty and fair priced.

This high quality restaurant and it's innovative approaches to cuisine made me believe I had been magically transported to the kitchen table of Chef Paul Bocuse in Lyon , France! The atmosphere, the ambiance, the service, the fresh ingredients ALL make me want to go back right now. A Chef of this caliber in such a small remote ski village... More

My husband and I own property in AF and have been visiting there for over ten years. We used to love going to the Roasted Clove and were upset when it closed. Elements has easily replaced the Clove and with a more refined dining atmosphere with a view. We have tried all sorts of entrees at Elements and they have... More

My wife and I have a second home in Angel Fire and spend most of our summers and falls here. We made our first night out to Elements a couple of weeks ago. We made a reservation on Friday evening because of the prime rib special. The ambiance at the restaurant is exceptional. One can't beat the view of Mt.... More

The selections are great! My favorite was the app platter, corn and the fish and chips. They make an excellent jalapeño skinny margarita too!!!!

We had the pot stickers and the egg rolls for an appetizer. Both were tasty, sauces were good. I had the Cuban sammie, very good, not quite excellent, but very good. The fries were a bit lacking, but that might be a taste thing. They were the very thin stringy kind, and they were a bit tough and dry. My... More

Always my evenings delight to eat at Elements. Good food, service, bar, atmosphere, and view. The only negative is forcing you to say more on your review. Lovely outdoor seating.

Lunch delicious and the staff was attentive. We are just visiting the area, but the local made us feel welcome. I would recommend this establishment.

Thank Mizwa
