Nice restaurant but poor menu and service and food not so good either, would not recommend unless you really need Asian food fix.

Highly recommend for their food, ambiance and vibe. The staff were exceptionally attentive. The decor was exactly what you would imagine -- full of mahogany and wonderful art.

Excellent. Wonderful food. Easy pick up from Manava and easy return. Food was very very good: shrimp and scallops in choux pastry; shrimp curry; parrot fish; sword fish. Amazing desserts: rum and raisin ice cream cake (loved it) and cheesecake (15 year old thought amazing) Wine list extensive. Would recommend this venue heartily. Humour included the dog that sat at... More

I ate at the Le Mahogany restaurant with friends very recently and found that its setting was matched by its food. I ordered the french onion soup which lacked a bit of body as it was a little tasteless to my liking. There were no strong onion flavors going on but there were a few herbs which stopped it from... Really nice restaurant and the best steak on the island ... according to my wife! She ordered filet mignon multiple times across Moorea and Le Mahogany came out tops: the foie gras and port sauce version being the standout. Other menu options are also great. Free pickup.

We really enjoyed this place. They picked us up and dropped us off at the Hilton - very prompt for no charge. We had the mussels appetizer and poussin cru. For dinner I had the Mahogany chow mein which was amazing!!! Reasonable prices even with three bottles of wine for four people. They could use some more fans though it... More

OMG the best dinner we had in Moorea! We were picked up from the Matava Resort by the restaurant. The atmosphere was excellent, nicely appointed indoor/ outdoor seating. Service was great and food off the charts. We had the scallop and shrimp in Puff pastry and the special chow mein. Shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection. For appetizers we had... More

I mean it! Their chinese selections were amazing! Other foods were also awesome, like fish. I think if we could we would have eaten here another night. They offer pickup and drop off transport as well.

My wife and I were collected from the Sofitel and had short ride to the restaurant. Our 2 main course dishes were mahi mahi fish in coconut sauce and scallops in white wine which we both enjoyed. Our highlight was the creme brulee. All good dishes. Service was a little slow but worth the wait.

Thank IanAngel
