Dili is much quieter now the UN has gone, but Kaz Bar is still a soothing cool hangout after a busy day. The service isn't always quick but the coconut (served in a real coconut) drinks hit the spot, particularly with a splash of vodka.

The food is excellent, lots of fresh fruit, coconuts and a good mix of options. The service can be slow, but good, just don't expect to grab a quick bite here. This is a great place to take the family for an afternoon of fun and sun. There are plenty of large shade trees, the water is shallow pretty far... More

Lovely location but that's the only true positive. The food is ok but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the staff are friendly but definitely need more customer service training and the owner Caz is unfriendly, unhelpful and abrupt. The worst thing by far, however, is the monkey in the cage. One poor monkey, obviously going... More

Staff are very attentive.Chairs and tables are provided by Caz Bar on the Beach. Food has good flavour...Nachos need a knife and fork to eat as are very soft.

Really inexcusable service here... We arrived at 6:30p to watch the sunset with a nice drink and pizza on the beach... but by 7:40p it was dark, the mosquitoes were eating us alive and our pizza was nowhere in sight! The waiter told us "just a few more minutes" but we decided not to wait any longer. The restaurant itself... More

We stayed in the villa for 3 nights and loved it!! Breakfast was seriously so good, we didn't even bother trying anywhere else!! All the staff are SO friendly and tried so hard to look after us! Taxis weren't an issue at the Caz bar as one of the staff always rang one in advance!! If your thinking of checking... More

The food was all very good. Breakfasts were lovely and very filling. Great western egg dishes along with fruit plates. I enjoyed everything I ate here. There are always loads of fresh and cool coconuts on hand for any guests. You can eat within the restaurant and play pool at the open air bar, or you can walk across the... More

Awesome location, awesome menu, awesome food, awesome staff. In the 12 months I was in Timor I ate here probably 20+ times and didn't get a bad meal.

I stayed here for three nights. Pretty view from the villa, and decent breakfast (though it was the same breakfast every night). The owners were accommodating when I requested to end my stay, because I hadn't realized how far the hotel was from town. I was in town on business, so proximity to the town was an important criterion for... More
