Order your meal one item at a time, and order the next item only after that one is finished. If you order your whole multi course meal at once, they will dump everything on your table at once no matter how many times you ask...them to course it out appropriately. I don’t appreciate paying over $200 for dinner for 2 and being rushed out in one hour flat. Don’t plan on making this an evening out. Might be ok if you’re rushing to a show.More

I've been there twice this year and the food is consistently delicious with excellent service. Try the calmari salad and edamame ravioli.

I can't tell you enough of how amazing the food here is. The edamam ravioli are to die for. There is not one dish I didn't like. This is my favorite part of visiting Atlantic City

We were undecided on where to go for my birthday celebration, we usually do VEGAS, Puerto or Miami. So we decided to stay more local and went to Atlantic City. My husband Vlad wanted to give me a great memory and after checking several places..., he decided that Buddakan was a great choice. Omg!! We were sooo right !!! We got a table and there were only about 4 other couples in the restaurant. We have a nice round booth that was so private and comfortable. Our server Joel was by far the most amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and quick service individual we have ever met, and we’ve been to more than 150 in the past 3 years, so that says a lot!! What an awesome personality Joel had and he explained each individual item so clearly and we were completely sold on the oxtail dumplings for appetizers ( freaking awesome!!) salmon and sea bass for main course which were so good we wanted seconds but were too full to make another order, we had the Almond bread pudding for dessert and it made the entire night ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! We will be back in a few weeks , this is now our new favorite restaurant in AC!! We had to tip Joel 30% for his impeccable service!!! Thank you for an incredible birthday experience!!!More

Had a delicious, creatively prepared dinner! The restaurant is beautifully decorated (the enormous Buddha was a bit much, but after all, we are in Atlantic City! 😉) and Ashley provided wonderful service. 5 star all around!!

My first experience with this restaurant was in 2007 or 2008, and I have been there few dozen times since. It so happened there has been a long pause (almost 2 years). I was hoping they kept their standards. They certainly did! Everything was simply...superb. I am not easy to impress, but it was really good. From their oxtail dimsum to cocktails (i loved the japanese whiskey based), from the black pepper beef to the lamb chops - delicios. As for their wasabi mashed potatos, it can be the reason enough to choose this place. Very good service. You are like an undying beacon of this otherwise sad neighborhood - the shopping mall you are located in is completely empty and i remember it buzzing once. Well done.More
